On several occasion l have waited for the wrong order and now a 20min wait for coffee so when l asked about my order it got better 25 minutes for a cup of coffee. Wow!!

Horrible location I’ve ever gone to. I had to change my order 3 times because they ran out of everything at 2pm. Then they finally had something I asked for but the coffee looked and taste like watered down coffee. And the bathroom was dirty and had no toilet paper

Parking SUCKS. The lot is awkward and too full, the drive through line is also long. It’s probably better to park on the street.
But the baristas are so sweet and friendly, even though they’re so busy.
The interior is large and has a good feel.

We drove two hours and went to this Starbucks to buy a coffee and use the restroom. Have you ever had to go to the bathroom SO bad that you couldn’t think straight? That’s how we both were feeling.

Walking in the music was so loud but the most bothersome thing is that we were REFUSED the bathroom code until we ordered FIRST! What!? I explained to the girl that we really needed to use the restroom then we would order. She said… “it will only take a minute.” My spouse was waiting at the bathroom door and I wasn’t even sure what to order at that moment. Such poor customer service!!

We left to use the bathroom at Panda and ended up eating there instead. Yes, Panda staff allowed us to use their bathroom before ordering! I am highly disappointed in Starbucks. It’s not like we were homeless. We were dressed up with Sunday clothing. We refused to purchase a coffee over this incident so Starbucks lost out on our money over a bathroom that doesn’t cost the employees anything to allow us to use.

I went back to take a few photos after we ate at Panda. We’ve purchased from many Starbucks many times over and I constantly buy gift cards for other people. This incident and Starbucks is a huge disappointment!

Amazing service, very nice employees. the barista was such a rockstar, she gave me a free croissant.

Music is definitely too loud and not relaxing or fitting for working there.

I placed an order and the 1 of my drinks was ready and had to wait additional 10 more minutes for the other one . Also I don’t understand why I order before another customer and there drinks were ready before . Poor customer service . I told the barista and he didn’t care

We ordered through the app and waited in a LONG drive through line and it took us nearly 15 mins from when we ordered to get through the line and they still made us get out of the car and drive around to the front of the store to come in and grab our food not 2 minutes after we parked. They are not respectful or logical AT ALL!

Always big lineups and drive through takes long , they are slow and twice I got wrong drink I'm lactose intolerant and I order latte with oat milk, they made with regular milk and I got sick because of that even a little sip I threw out the rest because to go back and get correct would take another half hour, even there was a sticker on my cup saying oat milk the person took correct order but who ever made it screwed up. Won't go here anymore bad experience

Don’t bother walking in here. They take the drive thru a priority. Walked in and regret it the minute I saw no one bother to greet me. Order took well over 20 minutes and didn’t bother to apologize for the delay either.

This review is for the service I got today with a friendly smile from Cherry to great drinks from the barista. Clean store too!

I don’t go often because it has been inconsistent in the past but I hope to come back and get the outstanding experience I had today! Thanks sbux team!
