Dear Starbucks Support

I’m writing to report an issue I experienced today with a mobile order that was never fulfilled.

I placed my order through the Starbucks app, and the estimated wait time was 15 minutes. Unfortunately, I didn’t have that much time, so after waiting for 5 minutes, I approached a staff member and asked to cancel the order, explaining that I was in a rush and couldn’t wait. I was told not to worry and that my order would be prepared right away.

I agreed to wait, as I had an important work meeting and truly couldn’t afford any more delays. After waiting another 10 minutes, my order was still not ready. I asked again, and they said it would be prepared now, but at that point, I had already spent over 15 minutes waiting and couldn’t stay any longer. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund.

In total, I spent more than 22 minutes waiting. I didn’t receive my order, I was not refunded, and my Starbucks Rewards points were deducted. I also missed a crucial work meeting due to this delay.

Please issue a refund for this order and return the deducted points to my account.

Omg. Got a hot caramel macchiato this morning HORRIBLE. No flavor just gross. I went here because it was closer, but I should have went to my favorite spot in Santa Clarita.

Terrible service. Drink was not made right and barista looked like he didn’t wanna be there. Also asked for a venti cup of iced water and only gave me a tall. This was after I had ordered already. Every time I order Starbucks I ask for a venti cup of water when I pick up and this is the first time I was told no only a tall. And they weren’t out of cups for sure. Will never be coming back to this location.

Im so impressed by this Starbucks location. They had full loaded staff on. Everyone was working hard and doing something to help the customers. The flow was impressive and they were kind. I even got a little happy face sun drawn on my cup, which doesn’t seem like much, but it definitely brought a smile to my face… just a small extra step to brighten my day. Kuddos to Starbucks on Foothill, SF! Thank you for all you do
