Went after work around 4am, ordered 2 sandwiches and come to find out their system was down for maintenance......they couldn't ring me up. I was told it will be 10min till I could pay, so I waited..... Nope got fed up and they finally apologized and said they didn't think it would take this long. Had to Zelle a worker to his personal bank account so I could leave with my food

I order from DoorDash all the time and it always comes from here whoever works the Graveyard shift is a true sandwich artist every time I receive my Sandwich it always perfectly wrapped and veggies and everything portioned exactly right and perfectly made , my go to

Im a regular customer at this specific subway and I’ve noticed something is not right with the overall total of my sandwiches. I’ve noticed that when I order a sandwich online versus when I order something in person the total comes out completely different. I order the exact same thing, which is a turkey sandwich but why is that when I go in person my total comes out more than when I order online? I recently noticed when I order in person I’ve been getting charged a #15 but online I always order a turkey. I have NEVER asked for a #15 because I know that it comes with more meat ,as it says online and I don’t like that, so why do I get charged a #15 when I always ask for a turkey sandwich? I understand that there are two options of ordering like a #15 Titan Turkey and an oven roasted turkey but I do not ask for 15 when I go in person EVER. Also, when I get charged this way I never get more meat. What is going on? I’ve been going to subway for a long time now and I’ve debated whether or not I should write this review. But based on all the reviews I’ve seen here I can clearly see that the owner hasn’t done anything to resolve this. Do better. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I go to various subways as my job requires me to travel and this doesn’t happen elsewhere and only here. Anyone else reading this review check your receipts and  DON’T BE FOOLED. This is not okay. I expect you to resolve this matter and talk with the manager ASAP. You should be ashamed.

I ordered 2 footlongs. 1 Philly steak 1 tuna. There is almost NO filling. In my picture you will see how much is actually in the Philly. This is pathetic

Everything was ok, but I felt a little uncomfortable because the employee making my sandwich seemed a little under the weather, and she wasn't wearing a mask while dealing with the food. So she was sniffling and lightly coughing. Also, I miss when subs used to be 5 dollars. It was so expensive just for a sandwich

I order online but they constantly get my order wrong- Hotshot Italiano, meat, white bread, mayo, lettuce, american cheese and tomato. They get wrong all the time. They don't even answer the phone.

When I said I didn’t want pepper in my sandwich as clear as day they still put pepper in my food and I am very dissatisfied, and completely lost my appetite. Overall I told them I only wanted salt . They ruined my order. One last thing the lettuce they put on my sandwich wasn’t even fresh.
