The app doesn't work inside the store when you try to redeem an offer or get the barcode to appear to get points for purchases. For the barcode and offers to appear, must turn the app on from across the street, parking lot or sidewalk bcoz there's no free wifi available like McDonald's offers if you need to use app. And when you present barcode or offer, they're scanner is dysfunctional and is unable to scan barcode on app. They're understaffed and customer service is terrible. They don't offer solutions when you're aggravated at app for not functioning like informing you that you can use your phone number to gain points. The owner needs to offer free wifi for paying customers who need to use it to help the app work properly and receive satisfactory customer service

The guy (manager I believe) is very unprofessional. I called for the 2nd time in one month regarding them not reading the details on the online order and he clicked on me, I called back and asked for a refund and he clicked in me again. IF THE OWNER IS READING THIS: please educate your employees, the guy who I believe is the manager is very disrespectful and the people making the sandwiches aren’t READING the instructions. If this is the way, you’re treating the people here in Sylmar because you’re the only SUBWAY® in this area, then just sell your restaurant so that the proper owner can handle business accordingly. Not to mention how they have a motorcycle with an open gas tank in the bathroom, the bathroom is a single stall, that is disgusting, I also noticed that when they are changing the ice, the person doing it, is not wearing gloves. I will also be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and maybe even the health department.

Patricia is a rude woman. Horrible costumer service ... First I came asking for water ?she was ok and gave me a cup and help me used the new machine ..10 mins later I came to buy a six inch sandwich and she helped me but she messed up do to the fact that she got upset ? when I asked her if she was upset because she seem upset in the first place.. as soon as I asked her that she said that that was disrespectful and she said are you homeless because you seem homeless .. she made me feel horrible ?..... I told her that that was rude and disrespectful.. I also told her that I had ask her first if you was having a bad day .. nicely but she was less of a person because that ? Was out of place .. Came in and the lady that made the sandwich was extremely rude from the beginning very abrupt and then I went to use the rest room which said out of order but I could pee I couldn't even get the door open and when I brought back the key and told her she was like yeah it open the processed to talk about me when I walked away.

It's ok, I didn't have to wait long to be attended. However, they're a bit sloppy with the way they make the subs. The guy just threw the stuff on the bread all willy nilly didn't even attempt to close or cut the sub well enough.
