Every time I come here the lettuce never looks fresh and is wilting away. I went in today and Carla made my sandwich. She had a rude attitude. She would ask me a question and interrupt my answer with another question. She almost threw my sandwich into the oven when I didn’t want it warmed and I had to ask her to stop. She didn’t ask if I wanted my sandwich warmed (I prefer a cold sandwich). When my boyfriend got his sandwich warmed it still had 5 seconds left on it to toast when they interrupted it and pulled it too soon. They pulled it early just to move the other person in line along. His sandwich was under toasted. When they folded and cut his sandwich half his sandwich filling fell out. The manager came out to ring us up and was not friendly. When I got home to eat neither mine not my boyfriend’s sandwich was cut all the way.

False advertisement should change the time to the actual time you close cuz I got here 7 mins before closing and to find out it’s already closed guess yall losing money here at this location

I ordered two steak and cheese on line and I wrote on notes what I want on them. When I pick them out there was no cheese, no sauce and no vegtable expect bell pepper and onion. I am very disapointed from their service.

Usually a good experience yet this time I tried online order and made it for a 45 minutes away. When I got my food it was cold yet I arrived on time to the subway..Not sure why they would make it right away then let it sit the whole time. The subs were made correctly though and I can appreciate that much so thank you.
