I made mobile pick up order, came in a couple minutes after pick up time, and when I asked for my order they had no clue what I was talking about. They finally somehow found my ticket and proceeded to start making the order in front of me. Do I even need to break it down? What's the point of mobile order and pick up They seem disorganized, I don't know what happened to the other owner/manager is with the dark complexion skin, but every time I saw him the store was always in tip top shape and running efficientlyAnd then, the elderly Hispanic lady literally giving me the mean eye when I return to get my food. Like what?

I ordered two steak and cheese on line and I wrote on notes what I want on them. When I pick them out there was no cheese, no sauce and no vegtable expect bell pepper and onion. I am very disapointed from their service.

Usually a good experience yet this time I tried online order and made it for a 45 minutes away. When I got my food it was cold yet I arrived on time to the subway..Not sure why they would make it right away then let it sit the whole time. The subs were made correctly though and I can appreciate that much so thank you.

Beware no restroom, no soap and water. Unsanitary hundreds of customers touching doors and counter with no restrooms.

Quick, clean, competent, kind, & efficient. A promotional cookie comes with the sandwich, no scams, they understand me, everything was perfect, nice lighting, great place. They wore their face masks correctly too. There’s a subway closer to my home but I’m gonna drive the extra mile to get to this one instead.
