I hate saying it because I used to love this place but it’s inconsistent overpriced and inconvenient to a degree that other than them probably owning the lot they operate on I don’t understand how they are still around. For 12.99 you get a cold sandwich that’s supposed to be hot, not friendly service and a drive to what feels like the middle of nowhere… I bought my own panini press out of disappointment from the sylmar fix and don’t regret it one bit… if you really want a hot sandwich in the same shopping center The Winzza sells a similarly priced sandwich with a side of fries and are way faster and friendlier

My family and I used to love this place until 4/4. My daughters ordered paninis and all three got severly sick from food poisining. I called to inform their management, I was told they would get back to me and to this day have not received an apology nor heard back from them. Needless to say we will never buy again.

This place is OK, I really wish I could’ve given it at least 4 stars, but the customer service is very poor. My BF came and ordered a Chicken Panini for me, which was yesterday Friday, October 18th, 2024 at 12pm(past 12). He told me that some young girl that took his order was giving him attitude while he was on the phone with me. She said “What can I get for you?!” with an attitude only because he made her repeat herself since he misheard her. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you Don’t like to be treated the wrong way.

Food was alright to good, prices are reasonable to cheap, the place itself looks somewhat rundown, and their staff ... oh well. The young lady who took the orders, answered phones, handed out orders, etc. seemed completely overwhelmed and frustrated. She wasn't even trying to be friendly that's how stressed she was.
I ordered over the phone and when I arrived to pick it up she told me I can't get the milkshakes (that I ordered ahead over the phone!) because they're "too busy". Okay?! Then someone in the back made them nonetheless. It was really runny but still not the worst taste.
Just an odd place. If you're looking for something cheap, quick and not too bad, go ahead... If you're looking for something good in a nice setting ... go somewhere else!

Service here is horrible. I order on uber eats, and it is never ready. Tried to phone order, ordered at 11:22 and went in at 11:45 since the girl said 15 to 20 minutes still wasn't ready. She said another 15 minutes. I'm sorry, but it isn't worth the constant wait. Paninis are great, but just whole waiting for more than 40 minutes for food not worth it. Do Better! 2 stars and not a 1 because of food.
