The food is really good and slightly cheaper than comparable restaurants. No seat reservations. Also they need music, it’s to quiet in there. I recommend the lobster with boss sauce.

The food is really good. My family and I got the shrimp and lobster and it was delicious. Don’t get their fries. They don’t taste that great. I want to add that one of their staff members was a little rude. She yelled at some of the customers who had sat down at a table about the seating arrangement. You can’t sit down at a table unless you order first. There isn’t a clear sign about this so customers don’t know. She could’ve been nicer about it.

It was a dark and stormy night; at least that's what my crippled heart felt like. I was starving, on the cusp of losing my momentum of sanity. But, as I stumble through the brokenness of this abysmal world, I find myself at TheCrawFish Company. Begging for service, your employee, Erick, rushes to serve me a platter of your finest seafood; snow crab. To my delight, with my mouth oozing to quench my overbearing appetite, I slobber my tastebuds on the sweet aroma coming from the platter. Your worker, Erick, saved my life; he showed me grace and hospitality; unlike anything I had seen in a very very long time. I could feel my knees trembling as I see a horizon of colors from the taste. Thank you Erick. (Seriously love this place).

I frequent The Crawfish often since their initial opening. Never had I experienced a negative experience until today. My order was incorrect so when I returned to express my dissatisfaction, I was asked to lower my voice although I was not yelling. I was using my inside voice which was offensive. Then I was charged an additional cost because I had to correct the incorrect order. Not sure if I'll be returning anytime soon...dissatisfied customer!
