This place is located in an industrial area so yeah, it does look sus at night. BUT you know what they say. The best restaurants are hidden! Fries Factory really lived up to the hype. I've been following them since the pandemic and have been craving everything on the menu. I finally had the chance to try last week and it was everything and more! My girlfriend and I ordered Willy's Shrimp fries with an upgrade to waffle fries. Best decision ever. The fries were fried to perfection. Perfect crunch with every bite. I don't really have a preference when it comes to my fries but my girlfriend absolutely insists on crunchy fries and the Fries Factory delivered! The sauces drizzled over the fries were delectable. It wasn't too spicy but it had a nice kick to it. Shrimp was plentiful too. We will be returning soon to try other items!

I ordered from DoorDash. First thing I saw was the sloppy grimy boxes with someone’s greasy fingerprints. And they ripped a label and stuck the pieces on them..? Super unappetizing feeling like I’m eating someone's leftovers. Pizza fries were good. Pass on the jalapeño poppers. “Cheesecake” was disgusting, weird texture and tasted sour.

I actually really like this place. The reason I'm not giving them a full 5 stars is because I like the option of sitting down to eat we drove kinda far to try it but we had to eat in the car. The shrimp fries were bomb af I was nervous getting it but i was not disappointed!!!

The Asada Fries were great, just ask for Extra Extra cheese sauce on the side so your fries don't become soggy on the ride home. They needed more of the nacho cheese because they were a little dry, but good thing was that their French Fries were so good compared to other places.

It was OK. The service was definitely welcoming. Never spent 50 on fries that's for sure. The kids liked the fried oreos. We also didn't finish the order so they are definitely meant for sharing.

Not the best fries. Don't recommend the garlic parm or the Mac attack fries. Try the bulgogi or carne asada fries. For some of the other flavors you're better off making them at home. Fries feel old and soggy. The sauce wasn't that great. I do recommend the dessert and the strawberry horchata tho ?

Small clean simplistic place that’s a bit out of the way but other than that is fine. Great friendly guy working at the front. Got the Mary’s Mac Attack Fries on feel the heat with hot sauce. Chicken was great, mac and cheese complimented the fries really well, and the fries were cooked perfectly. All for about $12. Worth it.They also have calorie counts for their fries which I find really helpful.

My boyfriend and I wanted to grab something to eat on the way home to San Jose, and this place looked interesting. The guy was really nice and very accommodating (sorry, forgot to get your name)! We wanted to get the Hawaiian one but they don't have it anymore, so we asked for a Bulgogi Kimchi without the kimchi. Lol He offered to replace the kimchi with pineapple just to get that Hawaiian version of it. Thank you so much! We also got a simpler one which is the Parmesan Fries with some chicken tenders. Right when we got in the car, it smelled really good that we didn't even wait to get on the freeway. We enjoyed them both! Yum!

The fries, delicious. The customer service, wonderful. The set up inside, clean and "good vibes only". I got the Mary's Mac Attack fries. The chicken was smothered in delicious hot sauce but the chicken was still perfectly crispy. This place is a must try!

Your wait time will be about 5 minutes while they prep your order and these fries are definitely worth the wait. I ordered the Willy's cajun and they were delicious, although they are super filling. This might be your only meal for the day! I think I will try the bourbon chicken style next.

We got 4 kinds of fries to try as many as we could (Southern Comfort, Chili Cheese, Bulgogi & Carne Asada). I really wanted to love them. 2 of us thought they were great, but the other 2 found they were almost indelibly salty! The Southern Comfort fries were missing the coleslaw, which may have helped, but the sweetness of the BBQ sauce did distract a bit. I get that the toppings all have salt, but I would suggest they try to leave anything they make in-house unsalted. I'd be willing to give them another shot if I can at least get the fries unsalted. They really have a good idea here, and even though they are a bit pricey, I'd keep going back if it weren't SO salty. P.S. I love salt. I'm usually the one reaching for the salt shaker when no one else is.

Mega loaded fries, absolutely worth the money. My favorite is the carne asada, pizza fries and willies Cajun shrimp. They do cost more than most fries but it's because of the amount of toppings and sheer size.

I use to like this place. Portions were great and it was delicious. THINGS CHANGED.. The quality of the meat was terrible. It was chewy and fatty. The fries were cold and tasted like the oil was old. The portion size was half but the price was the same. I called and was rudely told "we were loosing to much money with portions sizes". They didn't warn their customers about changes. I suggest Pablito's in Burbank. Totally worth it.
