Gross, got 2 Charburgers and the bread was soggy. Got the SB Char, way too my Avocado, didn't half of the stuff it comes with, bread was soggy. It was extremely loud and packed. I won't be coming back to this location.

Tables are neglected, sticky and leftover food on tables and chairs. I don't recommend to order salads the chicken portion is not a whole breast according to what they said, unless is from a pigeon!
This place is always good for a tasty burger. It reminds me of an upscale Carls Jr. The food is higher quality and the interior of the locations are better. The fries and onion rings are delicious. I usually get the mixed fries and rings option. ?

Ordered curbside, got home to realize my kids burger had mold on the bun. Ordered 30 min before closing couldn't go back. So my daughter didn't have her meal to eat. Very unfortunate.

I came here two days ago with my family and I had the Santa Barbara Char meal. Let me just say it was amazing the food is incredible fresh and delicious. This place has definitely gone up the charts and I definitely will be coming again. I also just wanted to say that the staff is incredibly helpful and so nice. There are not many places that have such a nice safe and this place made me feel so welcome.Kid-friendliness: My children had so much fun too even one cashier offered a burger gummy to my child.

This was horrible, I order a grilled chicken Caesar salad and what I got was a crouton salad, there was more croutons than lettuce. The added so many croutons to hide the lack of chicken. There was 4 small pieces of chicken in the whole salad. At first I thought I needed to mix it a little more, so I did and it was an extreme amount of croutons. I decided to pick them out and it filled the whole clear top in 2 layers high. After it all let's just say after it was sorted there wasn't even enough salad to fill a small side salad container. This is not the first wrong order from this location. I have been there 5 times and they have got my order wrong 4 out of the 5 times. One other time I ordered the same salad and they added no dressing, the lettuce was wilted. It was a dry wilted chicken salad. I tried to give it another shot and it just ends up being a big waste of my money and time. The employees are nice there but the food quality is horrible. I will not be back to this location. I will drive to the one in Mission Hills, van nuys, or Santa Clarita next time I want The Habit, even though I live 5 mins away from this location.
