I recently left my ID at this restaurant, when I call them to ask if they have found my ID. They answer extremely confused and told me we don't check IDs and when I clarified that I dropped my ID card at their store, they proceed to angrily tell me there's no public bathrooms. I try to again ask them to check if they have seen an ID and she angrily hangs up on me. I been calling for the past 2 weeks with no answer and when they finally do I get treated like this.

So many workers inside and still waited over 20 mins when there was only 2 people infront of me. The lady who was "helping" me didn't know what she was doing. There was a fly flying around in the donuts. I ended up leaving. That's crazy

Employees can be a hit or miss here I've walked in a few times and it almost feels like I'm interrupting them. Even though I'm just waiting for them to call me so I can pick out my dozen.

For 8 years I have been coming here and I've always had a good experience. Until today, when I encountered Leticia. The kind young man was in the middle of counting the register and I had ZERO issue waiting for him to finish. Unfortunately, Leticia came out and yelled "NOT RIGHT NOW!!! Go help them!!!" She yelled and humiliated that young man in front of everyone, I felt so bad. All he could do was offer an embarrassed smirk. It was so awkward after too.

I literally had just walked in and the worker Edgar was so rude off the bat worst customer service don't ever come to this location !!!!! I didn't even get a chance to order that's how rude this guy was ..... ruined my day !!!!!!!!!
