2 days in a row has it been extremely slow. Waited 25 minutes for them to serve 4 cars in front of me. I have never seen a fast food restaurant be so slow.

Working nights stopped for a bite at 3:40am Friday and waiting for 30mins honked a few times and call the building never seen anyone in the building and online says there open 24/7 night shift obviously isn’t doing there job took my business to McDonald’s and won’t be eating here anymore

The price is absolutely outrageous. They don't even give you free sauce with your fries. They charge you almost $5 for fries and then you have to pay for individual sauce as well. What is this nonsense? Do not come here. These prices are insane. Go to Frosty King or another one of the smaller restaurants. They have better deals and prices.

I GOT FOOD POISONING!! Who ever is in charge of the food!!!! Or the restaurant needs to check the quality of the product I spent 2 days at home vomiting after eating half of the number 10 meal the chicken sandwich was both either undercooked or spoiled. Had a raunchy smell…. The order was made on 10/8/2023 at 10:49:17 pm I went back and spoke to Jenna and she happily gave me a refund and made the situation better.

The staff here is awesome. I oftentimes roll through on my bike late at night and they don’t bat an eye and give me the same respect and care they do for others. McDonalds doesn’t come anywhere near their level of customer care. For one. JACK IN THE BOX ANSWERS THEIR PHONE! They don’t make you feel like a burden and don’t just decide out of nowhere to close shop and deny service to people IN THE DRIVE THRU! JITB rocks. Whack Arnold’s is the WORST. I hope that stupid store goes out of business.
