Foods amazing, workers are super polite, new workers are anti social sometimes but thats nothing new and food takes a while to come out sometimes. All around it's worth it if you have a minute to sit down and hang out, food is just great. I recommend the cookie for dessert and cheesy garlic bread I think it was is super good.

really good pizza and BBQ wings and salad. everything was fresh. The service was fast . They where very polite.. My kid's really enjoyed playing games there .
Overlooking All of Taft
The best pizza place my opinion in this area, Taft California they cook it fresh for you while you wait and there is adequate toppings on them as well as more than enough cheese. The flavor is one of its own. I recommend going here not anywhere else.

Ordered a pizza around 6:15 pm on New Year’s Eve for delivery. Was told it would take about 25-30 minutes. 45 minutes later still no pizza. Figured they was busy being New Year’s Eve. An hour later started calling. Phone going to voicemail every time. Called at least 30 times for the next hour. 2 hours later I went down there. Two guys standing there talking and not any pizzas being made. They wasn’t busy. Two families in restaurant. Asked about my pizza and was told sorry about that. They didn’t know what happened, and they could remake pizza. I told them that I had been calling for an hour with no answer. Asked for refund. Very disappointed.

Young female restaurant manager seems out of touch with coordinating and leading employees for food service. Customer wait times are unnecessary especially for carry out. Phones were down and communication with customers waiting is non-existent.

Young inexperienced incompetent employees. No traing in customer service or sense of urgency. Placed an online order that provided a specific carry out pick up time. 50 minutes later a customer had to ask if the order was lost or available. The order was left prepared unattended and forgotten.

Second time I come and the draft beer is empty. I don't think employees are trained on how to replace kegs. I asked the young lady if there will be any draft beer and she said she had no idea because the owner is not there.
Are they not allowed to replace kegs? Does the owner have to be present for the kegs to be replaced?

Order to carry out pizza wildcat special I hate to say this, but it was the worst pizza I have ever had at Pizza Factory. It will be a long time before I go back there again if ever. And the staff in the kitchen were mostly standing around. Waited 40 minutes for a pizza and then another 15 minutes before it came out looks like 0 supervision

No!!!! Terrible decision to order for delivery! They completely forgot my order. I called numerous times and got their voicemail. Finally got through 2 and a half hours later. They said they would remake our pizza, once we got the pizza it was soggy and was NOT remade!!!! After all that we had to take our pizza back to them and demand our money back. The girl was so rude and unprofessional!!!! We will be talking to the owner!
