Second time I come and the draft beer is empty. I don't think employees are trained on how to replace kegs. I asked the young lady if there will be any draft beer and she said she had no idea because the owner is not there.
Are they not allowed to replace kegs? Does the owner have to be present for the kegs to be replaced?

Order to carry out pizza wildcat special I hate to say this, but it was the worst pizza I have ever had at Pizza Factory. It will be a long time before I go back there again if ever. And the staff in the kitchen were mostly standing around. Waited 40 minutes for a pizza and then another 15 minutes before it came out looks like 0 supervision

No!!!! Terrible decision to order for delivery! They completely forgot my order. I called numerous times and got their voicemail. Finally got through 2 and a half hours later. They said they would remake our pizza, once we got the pizza it was soggy and was NOT remade!!!! After all that we had to take our pizza back to them and demand our money back. The girl was so rude and unprofessional!!!! We will be talking to the owner!

Do the kids karaoke really have to be so loud? Even the server wasn’t able to hear me from the first time, and kept saying sorry could you repeat? I said: maybe you want to lower the music volume? She said sorry we can’t. BUT YOU LITERALLY CAN’T HEAR ME! And we’ve been told 30 mins, which is not really ok but it’s understandable because it was a lot of people. 1 hr first plate and 1.20 the last. And it was almost thrown with nothing said. Disaster. I’d really like someone to take care of it

First time to have the buffet on a Sunday. Pizza was cold when I took it off the buffet with no heat lamp.
