Rude staff or owner who answered the phone, dirty restaurant made me sick from food poisoning while pregnant, overpriced, took forever and was cold and soggy. Not good but I think they're allowed to get away with all of this being the only locally owned pizza place in town that isn't large corporation. Just bad. Never going back. Don't recommend it.

Ordered a pizza with extra toppings. Went back to counter and was told pizza didn't come that way. I said that's funny, I paid extra. They kept the money and I got pizza they way they wanted it. ?

The pesto garlic sun dried tomato pizza was delicious! Service was slow and most tables were dirty but it was about an hour before closing. I recommend the food but just be prepared to wait a while. There is an arcade which is a plus!!

Ordered the Fiesta Pizza and the takeout box was the freshest item received. The dough had a freezer burnt taste or it could have been the little bit of hamburger meat, more black Olives than anything else...should have saved my $35. or just tossed it in the trash with the nasty freezer burnt tasting pizza.Pizza factory USE to make a pretty good pizza but not the last 2 times I went....won't go a 3rd time....Parking: Lots of parking spots availableKid-friendliness: Plenty of room for kids to run around in the arcade areaWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs wouldn't have a problem getting in or around.....there was 4 or 5 people there and I'm not sure if they were customers or employees

The cheese sticks are decent, if they would ever leave the phone on the hook so you can place an order.
In a town with Pizza Hut, Domino's, and Little Caesar's, it is great to find a good, local place. Tried the calzone since the other reviews said it was good, and it really was worth it. Will be going back to try other items on the menu.

Came here to eat with my Grandsons from out of town. First time eating here and the pizza was very good lots of toppings and the crust was delicious I will be eating here again. ???❤
