We stopped in but all tables full for the night, then asked if they did takeout and they do. Twenty minutes later we had great salads, delicious steaks, pasta, bread, potatoes and all very generous portions. Great service, highly recommended!

Best steak dinners! We ordered a Rib eye steak dinner and Porterhouse steak dinner. It was delicious! The Brussel sprouts were the best I ever had.

I was really looking forward to dining here, but unfortunately, the experience fell short in multiple ways.
First, the water was already sitting out before we arrived — so long that the ice had completely melted. It gave the impression that our table had been set and left unattended for quite some time.
The steak was another major letdown. It lacked seasoning entirely, and the quality of the cut didn’t match the price point. On top of that, it was cooked to the wrong temperature, which only made it more disappointing.
The shrimp dish was a complete misadventure — smothered in horseradish. The garlic mashed potatoes were so overloaded with garlic that it overpowered every other flavor on the plate.
Overall, the food quality and attention to detail just weren’t there. With a few improvements in preparation, seasoning, and service, this could be a much better dining experience — but for now, I can’t recommend it.

Old school steak house so, dark inside and service was a little slow. Steaks are cooked without any seasoning--yes, that lets the quality of the meat speak for itself BUT couldn't you add a little salt? Also, no baked potato--garlic mash only. Food was prepared very well but, overall, I was a little disappointed 😞

The greatest prime rib on this side of the Rockies! Negative a couple stars because once the sun set, the table was too dark. We couldn't see what was discarded fat or mashed potatoes on the plate.
Really enjoyed the stop. Intimate setting, delicious food and great service. Not to mention incredible views of lake Tahoe

Don’t get fooled by the amount of positive reviews like I did I don’t know how they got thoes reviews this place sucks ! Food was bad noodles where cold steaks were grey wirh no chard or flavor hope they don’t make me sick this place definitely does not deserve anything near 4 stars we fed a big family spent about $500 and left still hungry because the food was that bad go get some pizza because if a Good 🥩 IS ON YOUR MIND YOU WONT FIND IT HERE 🤢

This experience was horrible. The server didn’t even give us his name. Took our order in the quickest way possible and brought it to the table. After our food was delivered he never asked us if we wanted another drink, or how our food was cooked. All basics of serving. Looking around, he was giving other tables amazing attention, yet us nil. When I asked for the check, he then asked if anything was wrong. Too late. I was a server for many years, this was horrible service at its best. Hence the rating given!
