We were here visiting Lake Tahoe and came here for dinner for my birthday. Idk why this place only has a 3 1/2 stars. The food is incredibly delicious. I had a New York Strip and my boyfriend had a Filet Mignon. Both came with delicious garlic mashed potatoes. I definitely recommend this restaurant. 10/10. And next time I’m in Lake Tahoe I will definitely come here to eat. We took the leftovers home and had steak and eggs for breakfast and the steak was still and good and juicy.

Food was awesome & huge portions. We ordered the pesto chicken, gnocchi & blue cheese wedge. The pesto chicken was in a fabulous creamy sauce with the chicken done perfectly. The gnocchi sauce was creamy & cheesy -- incredible. The entrées were crazy steamy hot -- excellent. The blue cheese wedge was ice cold with big chunks of blue cheese, exactly what you want with the wedge. The bread was served hot with our water when we were seated. Would recommend this place...

I had an amazing experience at The Lake House, a high-end lakeside steakhouse in North Lake Tahoe. The ambiance was perfect for a relaxing evening, and the service was top-notch. I asked the waitress how many ounces the steaks were, and she replied with a smile, "We don't weigh our steaks, we just cut off a generous portion." Understood! Lol.
