This does not seem to be a tourist trap… more of a locals gem! The food is fresh and delicious, the service is friendly and excellent, and the atmosphere is laid back and relaxed! We are breakfast every morning at this wonderful gem on our vacation!!

Not a real fan. Was hoping for a more traditional hearty Mexican style burrito, not a small one with quinoa. It is nice, clean, and employees are kind. If you’re looking for a good coffee and a healthy twist to breakfast, it’s a good place. Too pricey for what I received.

Super watery coffee, Safeway quality food. Breakfast burrito was about half the size of a normal breakfast burrito. Doesn't seem like a lot of effort on quality is happening at peps.
Not recommended. Extremely expensive place for breakfast, $12 for a chicken salad and it just some pieces of chicken and some leafs. Also $5.75 for a latte is crazy!

Loved this place. Small menu, but the food is high quality and hand made. They also have a great selection of drinks (including beer and wine). Grab your food to go and go sit by the water at the park across the street. We will be back!!

Friendly staff and comfortable place to have a meal! I had an English muffin and it was super tasty, fresh vegetables and satisfying for breakfast. Ordered a hot chocolate too, and it tasted ok.
