Today was in this month, asked to make me a propuchino. Instead, they poured me only whipped cream and milk. They forgot to put coffee in it. When I came back to ask to fix it. I was asked to pay an extra dollar for espresso, as I have already opened this drink. That is, they asked for another dollar to add espresso to my milk and make a propa out of it. It’s very unprofessional.

I rarely post reviews but this Starbucks is absolutely one of the worst and it's so disappointing. And this is over multiple visits over multiple years. Always out of something. And no customer service to say, "I'm sorry we don't have that but I can make you this..." Instead it's just, "we're out." I've read other reviews too that there is no greeting when you walk up and sometimes you are just standing there for minutes without any acknowledgement like, "hey sorry give me a minute I'll be right with you." Instead it's just the attitude that I'll get to you when I get to you and I really don't care. Again, zero customer service. Even being out of items would be received without issue if it was simply met with, "I'm sorry about that" or " can I get you this instead?" Pretty basic stuff. Ugh.

Waited for 10 mins for them to take my order :))the guy was touching here and there and left us staying in front of the counter, they should have just told me if they were too busy, but they just let us wait without saying anything.

The espresso machine is “broken” most of the time. Today I’ve been to there and they told the register wasn’t working, it was gonna take 15-20 minutes to work. I can’t wait that long. Don’t expect to get the basic there, the other stores nearby are much better!
