Very average food... egg burrito with bacon, very greasy...heaven, sea and land, the meat a hard flip flop...the garnish for the dishes is a small plate with a teaspoon of beans, it's better that they don't give anything.
It was a delight to eat at 4 Milpas... It was my goal and my co-workers were able to go and the food really exceeded our expectations... heading to Ensenada... It has NO name anywhere... it's there at a traffic light in front of an Oxxo... and you will see the yellow construction... that's it!!! We went to eat and although the waitress is very pretty... she needs to be more attentive, more hospitable... sparse and Terminal... Which made us doubt the food... very serious...
Excellent restaurant!!... In a very good location in Tecate, a magical town!!... The food, or rather, the buffet breakfast was most delicious!!... We arrived at a very good time, which even We thought it was closed, but it was open to the public ? The food was very good, the prices were super affordable, the place was very clean and quiet!!...
