Hit or miss depending on who’s here. Andy is the man. He needs a raise. Otherwise Staff overall are clearly not the happiest, but whatever this ain’t Arby’s! $15 for a burrito is a bit steep considering the choices in surrounding area

Used a delivery service to pick up my order. I should have just gone in myself because what I received for $43.55 (before tax, tip, and service fee) was ridiculous. We ordered two bowls, chips, and salsa. One bowl was barely half full, and the other had black briquettes, which I assume were carne asada. At least, in person, I could have monitored what and how much, was added to the bowls. So disappointed in this location since Chipotle is one of my favorite fast food places.

Extremely disappointed. The food was packed horribly—everything was slopped together like prison food. There was barely any meat, and it honestly wasn’t even worth eating. I ended up throwing it in the trash. I also specifically called to request my toppings on the side, and they completely ignored the request. This was a total waste of money. I will never order from this location again.

The quality of this locations, customer service and food has gone extremely downhill. I waited in line for 20 minutes to place an order and the employee who served me had profanity tattooed across his arm in large print. There were a lot of young adults under the age of 18,
At the time I was there and it's very disappointing to see an employee to be allowed to work with that visible.

Do not use the Chipotlane. Scheduled pickup at 12:10 and showed up on time. Still in the chipotlane at 12:32 with 2 people waiting in front of me. App says my order is ready so I’m expecting some very cold food.

Had an issue with my meal..tried calling instead of driving back. Phone service is fully automated. Does not allow connection to staff. So no help there. Drove in and was told to wait for a manager to come back either that day or the following. So a long drive wasted to be told they can't do anything. Maybe have phone service so those of us that live far away dont have to waste gas to drive out to the store just to be told to come back another day or time.

Huge chipotle fan, super excited they came to tehachapi only to find out after 4 visits, it's the only chipotle that I've ever been to that's super jenky with the meat and has no problem wrapping your burrito because they won't fill it.

We arrived on July 4th about 20 minutes before closing with a party of 10. As we walked in, the person on the line exchanged a look with the cook that clearly said OMG. They were in the middle of cleaning and obviously eager to leave but we all saw the looks and immediately felt unwelcome.

There was still food in the containers and a couple ahead of us being served, but the staff’s attitude completely ruined our sense of comfort. We decided to leave.

Your posted hours say you are open until 3 PM. As someone who has owned restaurants, I have always told my staff that every customer should receive the same warm and professional experience whether they arrive at opening or one minute before closing. If my staff had behaved this way, I would have let them go.
