2nd time I've been here since it opened. First time about a month after opening the place looked like a bus full of people had just left. Every table was a mess and trash all over the floor. Filthy looking behind the counter. Fast forward a couple of years I decided to give it another shot. The smoked brisket commercials looked pretty good. Order ahead online. Got a message my order was ready to pick up. Walk in, the place looked just like the last time I was there. No sign of my order. One employee behind the counter filling orders. The other in the lobby bsing with a customer. Waited 15 minutes still see no sign of my order. Get in line and wait until my turn. I show the guy my order he goes looking for it as the bsing employee finally mosys back behind the counter and holds a bag up and calls my name. Might have been nice had she stopped bsing long enough to do her job. Maybe sweep the floors, wipe down some tables. Not sure how this place stays open in Tehachapi.

Tried the new brisket burrito. Good, but certainly not worth nearly $15! And adding guacamole and queso added another $6. This is why we bring our sandwiches from home now.

I enjoy eating a chipotle.But management is not doing very well. I ordered some food on the app and had to wait 16 minutes ovwr what the app says. I also arrived one time, and they were out of tortillas.
Terrible crew, especially night, they will sit there and look at you in line and hope you just leave, not a single word such as welcome in or we will be right with you, just dirty stares

A group of middle school teachers got together and decided we would put in a mobile order from this Chipotle location using DoorDash. We all took the time to put in our orders way ahead of time so that we would be sure to get our food. Unfortunately, our order was mysteriously canceled very close to lunch time. Most of us didn't bring other food just in case. The amount of food we ordered was not excessive. This Chiptole location probably prepares a similar amount of food in 10 to 15 minutes. I've worked in the restaurant industry and retail completing order fullfillment so this is very disappointing. The very least Chipotle could do is comp our order for next time. Thank you!

My order was the worst I’ve ever had at Chipotle and I really like Chipotle. Food was cold, most of the meat in my bowl was fat. The guacamole that I paid extra for was brown and tangy, a sort of rancidity taste. Two bowls, two chips, 45.00 for cold, fat and spoiled food. Very sad for our little community.
