I enjoy eating a chipotle.But management is not doing very well. I ordered some food on the app and had to wait 16 minutes ovwr what the app says. I also arrived one time, and they were out of tortillas.

We had a problem with our order, so we had to drive all the way back to ask them fix it. I know…it’s just guac, but hey, I’ll drive back just to get MY GUACAMOLE! So we went back, they fixed it and they even worked above and beyond. We’re happy customers. Thank you to these crews!

My husband and I have really been enjoying this chipotle location. We stop in from out of town when we are visiting Tehachapi. I'm one of those frustrating people who is actually allergic to gluten and while I know this can be annoying, the employees never make me feel back for asking them to take extra precautions when preparing my meal. It means a lot to me. I wish I had the other employee's names at other times, but today I have Katelyn, Timothy, and Tianna to thank...
