The cinnamon rolls are as expected from this chain, but I will not purchase from this location again. I purchased two extra icing for my cinnamon rolls the last time I was in this location. I was charged $.69 for each icing container. When I got home and took the icing containers out of the bag to ice my cinnamon roll, there wasn’t even enough icing in one container to thinly cover a mini cinnamon roll let alone a full size cinnamon roll. I would say the dollop was maybe 1/4 teaspoon, if that. There was so little icing in the container. I could see the bottom of the container before scooping any of the icing out and I paid $.69 each for this. I recently purchased some Cinnabon‘s at another location and received two FREE icing containers that were completely filled with icing. It’s not necessarily about the money but the principle behind.it. If I am purchasing extra icing, I expect to get extra icing, not an empty container with a sliver of icing that doesn’t even cover the bottom of the small container it is in. I wish I had a photo of the icing purchased from the Tehachapi location to show the comparison but I am sure anybody that has purchased extra icing from this location knows exactly what I am talking about. The employees are friendly and a cinnamon rolls are fresh but that is the only reason this location gets two stars instead of one. The young lady working was very friendly and attentive. She stopped what she was in the middle of when I approached the counter to assist me. Quick and easy experience. Will definitely be back!

I can't believe this place sales Old food with the date on it as listed saying disguard. They use the frosting that is old as well. When I ask for fresh frosting I was told I couldn't get it that's what they are serving. I will be calling customer service and I want my damn money back truck stop or not food should always be fresh it's call rotation toss if the date & time isn't any good.

The employee helping me was very nice, friendly, helpful. She was courteous. I was pretty miserable as I was travelling home and tired. Her service put me in a really good mood the rest of the day.Thank you, to her !

Terrible service. This is the third time I’ve come here and waited over 10 minutes for anyone to even notice me. Today when I came in I had waited 13 minutes before talking to a flying j employee who was very rude about me asking for help at the Cinnabon and then proceeded to serve me without using gloves nor washing her hands first which was extremely off-putting considering she came from the register and we’re in a pandemic. The only upside is every now and then there is one female Cinnabon employee who is extremely nice and a great server.

Worse Cinnabon I ever had even though I don't eat hardly any. Very dry, no gooeyness and skimpy on the icing. I don't even think they bake them with butter anymore like they use to. Waste of over $4. Save your money and just buy a prepackaged bun off the shelf if you really want one.
