We have always loved eating at Kelcy’s restaurant for over 35 years, and rarely have been disappointed. When Kelcy Owen died and his daughters closed the cafe, many sorely missed this beloved eatery. Finally in 2019 Bill and Virginia bought Kelcy’s in order to maintain Kelcy’s tradition and historic interior. I especially love their Chicken Basket, and the sandwiches are always great. We had the most wonderful meal at Kelcys! She and her husband spent personal time with us and they were lovely! Bill is a wonderful chef. The whole staff/family were extraordinarily friendly and welcoming.calling the ingredients are super fresh and delicious and there are a myriad of vegan options as well that are delicious and comprehensive.
