Now I must explain. I have traveled far and wide and in California. I've yet to find a better bakery than this one. Or may I say fresh? Excellent pastries and European breads. Outstanding. Yes, there are some that have a very good product but then charge a fortune for it. These are excellent pastries sandwiches. A must stop if you're in the beautiful unique town of tehachapi.

Another precious & tasty gem in the Tehachapi downtown area. Directly on Tehachapi Blvd, this German bakery and eatery is authentic & world reknown. More than a tourist trap, the bakery is a staple to many for breakfast & lunch because its Always delicious. The crew is always busy.and.holding it down with smiles and accuracy. I hope the boss wld see their hard work and let them do their bakery selling things!

We love this bakery! Carrot cake is to die for! Everything here is good. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait, but last few times they have been quick despite being quite busy.

I didn’t know this place existed. I honestly didn’t even realize it was a German bakery. I was floored! The food is great, the service is awesome.The dining area is well kept. The cases are stocked and I was basically in heaven here. It made me miss my time in Germany even more.
