Closing at 9:30 does not mean close early and say there's a limited menu. Closing duties start when it's closing time. At 9pm you say closing has started the kitchen is closed, unacceptable. We won't be bothering coming here again.

Every time I go there and I don't know why I keep continuing to go there your orange chicken is rock hard and taste like crap.. it's like chewing on a chuncks of rocks. Even when it looks fresh it's still harder than a rock every single piece. I've gone there maybe 10 times and only one time I've got a good bowl of orange chicken and fried rice. I'm done with it no more for me I quit trying.

Food is always great and most of the staff is amazing but there is a terrible manager who has been here for years and she never smiles or greets me and she seems to bring down the moral of everyone around her. She makes me feel like I'm a inconvenience.

Came through the drive thru around 10:15am of course I expected the food to be fresh and it was except the fried rice, was old and dried out. Got a 2 item plate orange chicken and beef and broccoli. Had to go back in to show them what they gave me, the portion of beef and broccoli was quite literally all broccoli with one sliver of beef. She corrected it giving me some more beef with more broccoli that I didn’t ask for. Went to do a survey and I can’t because they gave me a grill ticket. I want my receipt I am due. I feel they do this on purpose and now I know why they are seeking management, they are in desperate need of some leadership in customer service.

Very cozy and clean. Stopped by to grab some food and almost all dishes were cleaned out. Staff was still preparing to replenish the dishes. The fried rice I got looks old and had some hard grains. Friendly staff.
I love to eat Panda Expess meals. For several years now, my family has been disappointed with our meals purchased thru the drive-through here in Tehachapi. We found all instances where older food was covered by fresher food. We abstained from eating there and went about every 6 months in hopes of a management style change. We are still to this day disappointed. Two days ago, at 5:30 pm, I ordered green beans and chicken in a bowl. On top was either teriyaki chicken or some other form of chicken to fill the void at the top of the bowl. Unacceptable. I have never complained until now. It would appear to me that there is much more emphasis on getting the customers through the line quickly rather than filling the orders properly. I sculpted my visits only at rush times in hopes of getting fresh food. My hopes are dashed. I believe management is responsible for this influence on the employees. How many other customers have this experience?
I came in about 8 o’clock to the drive-through. Whoever it was my drive-through 10+ they need a raise. She let me know what they were out of at the moment she also let me know if I did want those items. It would be a few minute wait fortunately all the items that I did want we’re still on the menu if I could read it more than five stars I would every time I’ve been here. The services is wonderful, and the food is great. The friendly staff and great service is one of the main reasons I keep coming back.
