The worst experience ever, I went through drive thru and say in front for 10 minutes and asked politely about my order came.to.find out it was done just waiting on black peper corn steak for the past 10 minutes and then the cashier asked for it and no one came out to make it at all after another 5 minutes she called for it again amd still no one came out to make at, finally after additional 5 mins in got fed up and asked for double orange chicken since I was then late for work!!

Take your money elsewhere. Came in with my family in the evening, ordered the greens and angus beef on one plate and broccoli and beef on another.. veggies on both plates were spoiled sour, and the steak was overcooked/burned. Manager asked me to bring my plate over, opened and had me hold it while I explain to her what was wrong for the 3rd time. She wanted to give me store credit, I dont plan on returning. Only offered a refund on one plate, after I insisted . Very cold, unapologetic and the worst experience I’ve had at a Panda Express.

Waited a long time just to place order 2 cars ahead of me. Then waited again. Then they didn’t know what I ordered. To top it off the food was cold, and please refer to picture

We had a big order and Ever was very helpful.He was very nice and suggested certain entrees that we would like according to what we were talking about.Thank you Ever for making our experience a pleasant one being that we're from out of town and stopped to get food. We will definitely be back.

Came here at 1pm and the employees seemed like they don't want to be there at ALL. When I was ordering from this lady there was 1 employee who yelled in the back about cooking more food and the way he said it made me uncomfortable. I believe his tag read Ever i couldn't see it cleary. The lady who took my order was kind and apologized about what had happened because i couldn't hear her over them talking. The cashier had an attitude while charging me what was already an overpriced plate. Would eat panda again just not from this location.

For such a upscale area the food is not good. Its like not well cooked, like its hard and needs more cook time. Rice was hard. Food was not hot also. I wouldn't come back to this location. Hope manager fixes these issues.

Ordered takeout online got the text it was ready and went and picked it up. Staff was very friendly and looked very clean inside for the short time I was there. Food was worth every penny when my family ate it at home.

For lunch time I was super surprised that the fried rice had hard old clumps in it as if they just reheated or recycled their old stuff. The teriyaki chicken was barely cooked through. Very disappointed with the experience 🥲 cuz a good panda express with a drive thru would have been nice out here
