Finally got the pleasure to dine at perfetto. Outstanding in every way!!! The service and food were above more than I've experienced in a tehachapi restaurant in a long time, if ever. Bravo!!! Will definitely be returning for many times!!!!
Excellent home-made pasta daily. The service is always friendly and wonderful....makes me think I'm at Nonna's table having dinner with the family.

Everything was top notch, so fresh and full of flavor.
You can definitely tell everything is homemade with intention.. soup/salad, marinara sauce and fried zucchini, garlic bread, lasagna, and the seafood special was all PHENOMENAL. We travel for work and get so nervous trying new places bc quality has gone down everywhere it seems, but definitely not the case here. Can't wait to come back and try some more menu items. Oh and the desert we brought him pistachio cannolis...you...
