My stuff came out great, but wanna let it be known that they use the lavender from the parking lot. An employee came up and asked where to get it and the manager rudely told her to go outside and pick it. I hope they at least washed it. Soooo… ya… I dunno if customers realize that as order their lavender drink.

This is the tightest crew of any starbucks I've ever been in, and I grew up in Seattle. The manager, Hailey, has such a level of respect for her coworkers that clearly inspires great work from all of them. Everyone was above and beyond friendly, efficient, and seemed genuinely happy. This crew of women are a tightly oiled machine and their positive energy is infectious. Best starbucks I've been in, globally.
***Id like to add that a week later I'm still thinking about what a great job this team was doing.

The staff here is always super friendly!! We go most morning’s on the way out to inspect power lines to prevent wildfires (SkySkopes). They are so friendly, thank you! The new iced Cherry Chai is amazing. The sourdough grilled cheese is also really good. We appreciate the funny things you write on the cups!

I frequent this Starbucks and am usually very happy with the quality of my coffee ordered. However there are times when it's just not up to par in any way. Along those lines I am usually very happy with the customer service. There are also though times when I'm just not at all and get that super snotty attitude from the drive thru person. That I'm so much better than this job and you attitude and ZERO common courtesy. With that being said; ninety percent of the time it is a pleasant experience and the coffee is on par. Those times that it's not though really do just kill it for the rest. Just being honest here.

Friendly, open-minded staff and THE best matcha frappacino that I’ve ever had at ANY Starbucks. I don’t know how they did it but they did it great. Bathrooms were also super clean with no lock code, which I appreciated. Drive through is also available and efficient.
