Friendly, open-minded staff and THE best matcha frappacino that I’ve ever had at ANY Starbucks. I don’t know how they did it but they did it great. Bathrooms were also super clean with no lock code, which I appreciated. Drive through is also available and efficient.

Certainly not handicap friendly cannot get access into the store. No access into the store, all access into the store blocked by chairs strewn all over the patio and not taken care of. Chairs all Over the lobby and no clear path to access the doors. No automatic doors for opening or closing the doors for wheelchair bound customers. Very poorly planned out.

Great place! Love coming here in the summer for work they keep it nice and cool! Also I’m here for like a long time usually working on projects. The staff are very friendly, some even know my name now!
Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible but you have to go through the drive through entrance, it’s blocked sometimes, could be better but they are doing the best they can ?

We ordered 2 drinks on 6/29/24, after 25 minutes of waiting, still no drinks. We had to leave because we were going to be late for a wedding. The person I told didn’t seem to care or offer me my money back. I won’t visit this location if I’m ever in Tehachapi again. $12.20 to stand for 25 minutes. Bad for business, Starbucks.
I placed an order through the Starbucks app for the first time and I was very impressed. I was in a hurry and was quite pleased that my order was ready when I arrived. I walked in and it was handed to me so quickly I almost didn't stop walking. My breakfast sandwich was hot and my iced coffee was strong. I'll definitely come back to this location in the future.

I have placed mobile orders well in advance(15+minutes) multiple times. When I arrive my order is either 5+ minutes out or not started. The manager was nice enough to refund my orders. I would not recommend this location.
