I order here at 8.56 pm on the phone and my bad if write down wrong name but that guy is awesome jermy make it without any delay i got it at 9.01 pm i never seen that before on any starbucks they didn’t take orders 10 to 15 minutes before there closing time I appreciate that

She handed me the card reader and shut the window without saying anything. I understand having a bad day but u clocking out isn’t gonna come faster or slower with being rude ?♀️

I ordered a vente peppermint mocha dry. That means no foam, no nothing. And I got a cup. That's three quarters of the way full. I'm absolutely so angry. This happens every time I ask for no foam!!!! I wish there was a place I could show the picture. My cup is not even half full and I'm so over
