We stopped in Tehachapi to get gas and some sandwiches from Subway on our way home from camping on the coast about a week ago, and ended up leaving our kids stainless steel water bottles on one of the tables there. I called within 20 minutes of realizing we had forgotten them and spoke with Crystal, the manager on duty. She said she would mail them to us, which was more than I had expected. We didn’t want to have to turn around and go back, as we were pulling a trailer and it wouldn’t be that easy. So to have her offer to mail them to us was a nice surprise. She was very pleasant and helpful, as were all the girls working. Not to mention, the sandwiches were tasty as well! We most certainly will be stopping here again, as my kids love Subway sandwiches!

They won’t accept the subway app, they are out of ingredients and I just paid almost $40 for two sandwiches. No drinks, chips. Just highway robbery.

This was hands down the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. The simple request to prepare one and a half sandwiches turned out to be very difficult to fulfill, even though I was assured before ordering that they had vegan options. The staff had absolutely no clue which ingredients contained animal products, so it took 3 of them to piece together our meal. When the unbelievably slow, unmotivated and unfortunately also very clueless crew finally managed to finish our order, the result was a couple of dry and flavorless sandwiches. I’d rather close all my businesses before leaving it in the hands of these people. Should have bought more fries at McDonalds. Thanks for nothing!

So I used to go here every morning for a sandwich and more needless to say they have changed their hours so now the hundreds of people that have to be at work at 6am have to make new arrangements for their lunch
