Me and my children use to love coming here because the owner and most the staff had always been so kind and inviting. I use to recommend this shop to all our friends. The food was amazing and the drinks tasty. Unfortunately it just takes one bad employee to ruin the experience entirely. Self entitled teenagers who dont have an ounce of respect for customers shouldnt be working the counter. I had my daughter with me so it was a good learning experience for her. But we no longer feel welcome and will not be returning thanks to that one rude, unprofessional, disrespectful loudmouthed employee. I left my number for the owner (incident occured after she had just left) to call me but she never did so I suspect she doesn't care either 😥

I wanted to like this place. Great atmosphere. Staff was pretty standoffish. Ordered some affogatos, which were definitely not affogatos. They were a shot of espresso served next to a mini marshmallow drumstick thing... espresso was good... drumstick thing was soggy and gross. Where is the scoop of ice cream?! Food was good. Not sure if it was an off day, but service was pretty poor. I'll give them another chance to try some other items.
