To give some background on my review, I'm not American so landing here in the USA, I wanted to give all the famous burger franchises a try, i.e., McDonald's, Burger King, in-N-out Burger, etc. So Wendy's was obviously also on the list, but I was unimpressed. I would eat it, but if I had a choice I'd rather grab a burger from another place. It's okay.

Every time I go to this Wendy’s, something is missing from my order — either the barbecue sauce, salad dressing, or even basic utensils like a fork. It’s frustrating because it happens almost every single visit. Please train your staff to double-check orders before handing them out. Customers shouldn’t have to keep checking the bag just to make sure it’s right.

As a fellow truck driver we can not mandate our rest hours properly, thus I have arrived to pilot truck stop at 3am for rest, I had no other choice but place the order at Wendy’s, I didn’t have a single bite during the day and decided to place the order, looks like the guys were wrapping up and finishing cleaning the grill, so I placed the order a 9 dollar chicken wrap only , I understand those guys were working all day long and tired, and seems like my order pissed them off slightly, when I got my order there almost no chicken, almost like 3-4 small chunks and it was cold, usually I don’t give any negative reviews, but unfortunately I had unpleasant experience and unwelcomed

Do not come here around 5:30AM to 6:30 AM. Expecting to order or pick up a mobile order. For years, they have not fixed good issue to where they cannot access their system at or around that time. Very frustrating.
