Do not come here around 5:30AM to 6:30 AM. Expecting to order or pick up a mobile order. For years, they have not fixed good issue to where they cannot access their system at or around that time. Very frustrating.

Quality of food was garbage, staff was more interested in making jokes then making good food, save your l money. A frozen burrito would satisfy more then the staff could attempt there menu. Overall rude. They get 3 starts on atmosphere only because this flying j is a easy 5 star. But they definitely have their bad leg due to the fast food staff

Rude staff and they don't treat customers right my fries were cold so I asked for new ones I was asking one of the staff members if I could get a refill since she was finished mopping she yelled no your not getting more fries I told her that's not what I was going to say she had this fake laugh will not be eating there anymore

Paid $11 for a baconator (sandwich only) which came out smaller than a kids meal sandwich. Horrific value for money.

I usually love going here but after tonight that all changes. They got some new hires and new management too with nasty ass attitudes. If you don't like your job let someone else have at it. When someone ask for fresh food not old it doesn't mean to reheat the meal and give it back. FYI cleanliness is something all places need to practice daily. If you have dirt or car oil on your finger nails making food and taking orders whom ever allowed you to work that day needs to be fired or retrained with you. I'm so over this place I want my money back and I'm never going here again. If I could have given this place no stars I would no lie.
Fries are always cold and overcooked. Burgers are not fresh. Always disappointed when I stop there.

It's been awhile since I last ate at Wendy's. I ordered the baconator on a pretzel bun with triple meat combo. It's still a good bite for your buck. Not too busy when during my visit. Friendly staff.
