Tried the fig chutney burger with vegan cheddar cheese. The flavor combination of this burger was amazing. Slightly sweet and savory. My husband had the grilled cheese made with Tillamook cheddar. We will definitely be back. It's not always easy to find good vegan good. Ivy the owner was super fun to chat with while ordering as well super friendly.
If you have a chance to eat at the Plant Ivy Food Truck, do it! These burgers are delicious :) They are all vegetarian (vegan patties), but can easily be made vegan. There are multiple options for vegan cheese (I love both the cheddar and provolone!), the coconut bacon is an excellent addition, and the pretzel buns are something special!
