The service from the waiters was poor, but since the food was very tasty, I'll still give it five stars.
Very bad experience did reservation waited 1.3h to be seated and did not gave us a seat.
Worst hostesses ever!!
We checked in and requested a table upstairs on the patio. Were told that it will take about 20-30 minutes. We walked around and came back after 20 min and were told it will take another 20 minutes. No problem… we decided to have a drink at the bar in the meantime.
After another 20 minutes we decided to check in with the host and were told that we could only sit downstairs on the patio! I told them that we specifically asked for the upstairs patio seating to which she started arguing with me telling me that “the seating wasn’t guaranteed”. On top of that the guy host also started yelling saying that “you didn’t mention upstairs or downstairs” which we clearly mentioned when we first came in.
If they would have been nicer I wouldn’t care where to sit honestly after waiting for so long and getting hungry, but at that point, it was the principle, becayse why are you lying to my face that I didn’t mention where I would like to sit and why are you being rude to me?!
At that point I didn’t even want to deal with them…
Terrible people.. chage your hosts
On a more positive note, the bar people were very nice.

Front desk staff did NOT want our group of 8, in the middle of the afternoon with no customers. Once we convinced them to serve us the actual wait staff was really really nice. Food was okay. Ceviche was really good. View is incredible on a sunny day. We left before the rush.

The atmosphere is incredible and the food and coffee are delicious, but the hospitality went above and beyond. Chris is amazing, and clearly cares both about his customers and about the location. We will 100% come back!

a beautiful place with really fresh food! i recommend the coconut ceviche (taro chips were soo good) and curry! both were very flavorful and well done. i usually think these spots with nice views aren’t going to be good but i was really surprised by the quality of the food here!

Food is meh. No food for kids on the menu so beware. Had hard cider from a can, bleh. Worst machiatto of my life. Online “all day menu” says nachos, drove an hour from sf, manager and waiter would not serve them at 4pm…. Off label coke in a bottle- bleh. Empty place 4pm winter saturday and they would not let us pick out table…. Never filled up. Steelhead trout was edible, would not go again.

Beautiful space and a calm atmosphere, but unfortunately the service was very poorly managed.
I walked in on a Monday afternoon when the restaurant and patio were completely empty. I asked for a corner table of four since it had beautiful view and was told it was reserved for a party of four, so I took a table for two even though . No issue there.
I ordered a chamomile coconut tea, a burrata salad, and a lobster roll. Despite the empty restaurant, it took about 10 minutes just to receive the tea, which was surprising. The food took another ~10minutes, which is understandable since it needs to be prepared.
After taking a few bites, the server checked on me and I clearly communicated that I was in a rush, that the food was good, and that I needed a to-go box and the check. To his credit, the box and check arrived quickly, and I paid immediately. However, when he asked, “Do you need change?” (without me saying “keep it”), it felt a bit like tip-fishing.
What followed was the most frustrating part. Even after clearly stating I was in a rush, I waited a long time just to receive my change, in an otherwise empty restaurant. Later, I mentioned how much I loved the tea and asked if I could get a paper cup to take it to go. The server said yes, but instead of bringing the cup (a 30-second task), he began chatting with and taking orders from other guests who had just arrived and hadn’t even ordered yet.
There were three staff members on the floor — one running food, one taking orders, and one assisting with water. This could have easily been delegated, especially since I was already paid and ready to leave. Instead, I waited several more minutes, realized I was going to be late returning to work, and had to leave without the tea I paid for. Ironically, the server was coming with the cup as I was already walking out.
The food was fine but not exceptional. The space is lovely. However, time management and task prioritization need serious improvement. When a guest clearly communicates they are in a rush, finishing and closing that table should come before casual conversation with new guests.
With better service flow and awareness, this place could be much better.

Food was good but when asked for the syrup and butter they charged extra for it. But the views and ambience is worth to go for.

Refused to seat us for half hour when there were many open tables. Greeter at front I don't care attitude. Restaurant was no where near full but we were made to wait. Once we were seated... we were pretty much ignored. After waiting 20 minutes we decided to leave. As we were waitress finally shows up.. we left anyway.

We visited this restaurant and decided based on our excellent experience to host my daughter's wedding reception on the 2nd floor of the restaurant. I honestly can't imaging a better experience. I am still getting notes from family and friends abut the FABULOUS food served family style They also delivered delicious specialty drinks, great service, amazing views and they were sooooo reasonable. I will admit I was anxiousness during the planning phase, but I shouldn't have been. The leadership team was so great to work with. They were understanding, gave us great ideas to improve the event and were receptive to all our ideas. If you're looking for a great meal, this is the place. And if you are looking for a space to host an event, I HIGHLY recommend you consider Malibu Farm!

The service was extremely poor. We drove an hour and a half to enjoy the waterfront restaurant in beautiful Tiburon. The staff refused to seat us at table outside Inspite of several empty tables. The reason they said, those tables were for four people and we were a party of two. It was 2pm in the afternoon and given that the traffic was light, good customer service should have accommodated us. Instead, the message they sent to us was, we don’t need your business and providing a good customer experience is not our priority. No reason to continue supporting how they run the business. We left and went to one of the other restaurants nearby. There are many options.
