Atmosphere could use a major upgrade. The hard tiled floors and ceilings create an echo chamber which is loud. You hear everyone else’s conversation except the one in front of you. If the coffee machines are grinding it’s really loud. Take a hint from Philz in Corte Madera, which make it a more pleasant, cozy place to stay: carpets on the floor, a bit of sound dampening and more plug outlets for coworkers.

The service was so bad, I ordered a small coffee and the cashier is rolling his eyes, and really acting like he does not like his job and just making me feel uncomfortable. I recommend you do customer service training or just put people like that in the back. It’s not good for service.

Rude staff. My wife made the mortal sin of asking the staff where the coffee cup sleeves were. The young dude at one register didn’t answer and made an exasperated grunt while the older woman at the other said disdainfully “They’re all over.” Delightful. Last time in there for us. I go to Peets all over the country and this is literally the only one in the country I’ve experienced rude staff.
Very friendly staff and clean facility. I was immediately greeted and made to feel welcomed. My coffee was tasty and made quickly. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
