What a nice spot for a Peets Coffee. This location is spacious and usually very calm. The staff (especially Trudy) is very friendly and actually gets to know their customers. I certainly recommend spending your time and money here.

[grain of salt] I love Peet's, and unless given a reason to do otherwise, I will always rate them five stars.This location has a nice spacious interior, a decent amount of outside tables, parking is always great on their side of the lot (though I wish there was more than one way to exit it), and I've never had a problem with my orders or the service.And if that weren't enough, you can hit up Sweet Things bakery a few doors down for some fairly amazing (though pricey) Russian coffee cake.

snarky attitudes. felt rushed by the guy taking my order even tho it wasn't busy at all. got part my order wrong and the woman decided to say "oh so you changed your mind"... actually not the case at all, maybe listen to your customer before putting the blame onto them. go to equator coffee if you want exceptional customer service.

The worst Peets location. Never crowded, always takes forever. This am I ordered 30 minutes in advance, knowing they are always slow. I never got my order. After waiting another 15 minutes in the store, I wasn't even in the next 10 on the list, which j don't under because there weren't even 10 people waiting. The manager is nice but always seems to have an excuse. Mill Valley's ordering is down...an event in town. Trust me, order from another Peets...even if you have to drive 15 minutes...you'll get your order faster.

I went to Pets and as soon as I walked in the door I was told my service dog couldn't come in. I went backout and tied my dog up. I was trying to order two oatmeal. I wanted one hot and they other to go. I asked they could both without water? I was told by the woman they don't do that. She was very snappy, and I was just trying to bring business to the store. You really need to have a talk with staff about proper educate when it comes to customers. Maybe she was having a bad day already at 8am, but that is not my fault. Please screen you employees otherwise you will run off alot of business. I dont plan on going back, I would rather be greated by Starbucks.

I've been going to Peet's for several years now. I'll admit, when I first tried it I thought it was way too strong, and the mochas (my favorite gourmet choice) tasted like licorice. Weird? We'll, as my palate developed, I started appreciating the Peet's flavor profile, and I've been ordering from them since. The people are really nice, and my orders are consistently excellent ??? If you're ever in the Novato area, please stop by and enjoy your mocha ☕

Not a good location. Excessive wait times slow service even when there's no one in there. Piece of banana bread was small and very stale. Staff was changing trash right next to the drinks not sanitary. Poor standards!
