Domino's Pizza

This location is a joke. The last three times I’ve ordered here they have given me the wrong pizza and the last time I came back they just made the same pizza over again that I just returned. Keep in mind I ordered a half cheese half pepperoni. Nothing that crazy. It’s usually the same two dudes working in the front they both seem like they barely have a clue of what’s going on around them. Order at any other location.

To be honest they can't even pick up the phone I've been calling them for up to 5 mins it's sad

Ordering online, there was a 50% storewide discount on pizzas with 1 topping (excluding special and XL). It should be $8.99 but store manually raised price so as to not honor the discount charging 12.92
instead of $8.99. Pizza said it was $24 - $12 (with tax) with promo included. Food is good but this is bad acting by the franchise owner.

Been a resident of RSM for 30 years and have been ordering here for just as long as they've been at this location. I usually order from here about once or twice a month. I haven't had a bad experience or issue. Once I had an order with a side of ranch that wasn't included, but when I went back they gave me extra without a second thought.

I have recommended friends and family here as well and no complaints from them either. Reading some other reviews, I'm a bit surprised, but I think most of these people also have their expectations set way too high. This is a Domino's after all and not some luxury restaurant... For the price and quality, I'm a happy customer and I'll continue to recommend this Domino's.

They make the world's greatest pizza, five stars all categories.

It's not bad, its dominos so you're not expecting top pizza, but guys please just up the quality a little bit. Read the orders - Well done ordered pizza should be well done, and stop forgetting the garlic butter sauce.

I have been ordering regularly from here for over a year now, and today will be my last time unless changes are made. I called in to complain about a terrible pizza and I was completely polite, and then I was hung up on. I called back and was ignored. I drove over and then was gaslighted by the manager who told me that THIS is what new york style should look like, and it wasn't too greasy.

pizza was cold, wings had maybe to drops of sauce on them, and brownies were stale

The pizza and mac n cheese where good but the chicken Alfredo is ridiculously, almost humorously horrible! Not one bite taken or fork used. It was.1/3rd filled with chicken that looks like dog food and NO SAUCE!. Is this what we are to expect when ordering this dish!. . Kinda crazy this made it out the kitchen. Date 12-11-2024, time of pickup between 9 -910pm. . Be better guys

We ordered pizza n told it be ready 15 mins. Later I went I. N the lady is rude n said another 15 mins. Ten mins we got notice saying it ready. Went back in n said another 15 mins. I want my

To this place I rather wait at Caesar pizza n get my pizza before 75 mins n it cheaper there than this stupid place

Ordered pizza at 8 pm, called at 9:30 pm and spoke to extremely rude female manager. She said that her delivery guy, Albert, was a loser and she was firing him. As if I have to pay for his poor performance. I asked her to take the charge off my credit card and she wouldn’t. Have called the credit card company to dispute.

They never delivered my order!!!! Very bad service

Michelle delivered me my pizza tonight and she went above and beyond to have a fun conversation and make me and my friends feel special. 10/10 would order again and she deserves a raise.

We ordered four pizzas, they were are terrible. One of them had no sauce on it and the other three had little to none. The toppings were so sparce that it was hard to tell what pizza was what. I tried calling the store and was put on hold, tried getting help from Dominos corporate they will not help. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else.
