Stopped in for a gelato and Italian ice. We had recently moved to Tracy and it was sweltering. Great choice! No complaints at all and need to get back there soon to try more flavors.

We had an amazing experience with Aldos ice cream. It is extremely flavorful. They had actually closed, but the owner still allowed us to come in and get some ice cream. They are such sweet people.

Best ice cream ever! I went there today for my birthday. The service was excellent and the atmosphere lovely! A great place to enjoy gelatos and all the wonderful flavors! We will be back!

Very rude owner. They were serving at an event at a vineyard in Livermore where we paid for a tasting session in the lawn and were told we could set up anywhere by the owners. Then Aldo’s ice cream arrived at 4pm and told us we have to move right now as they had to set up, disturbing the wine tasting that we had paid for. Kudos to McGrails vineyard for refunding us but the rudeness of the Aldo’s owner was uncalled for.

I love this place I work for an Amazon DSP and my route usually is around this area and this summer has been brutal well long story short I looked up where I could get a slushy or snowcone like ice cream and this place popped up thought it was going to be just another shop like cold stone or Baskin robbins except Italian ice and gelato and low and behold it's a family owned and fantastic little business all the employees are super nice and the owner is humorous and kind as well. They have a customer loyalty program as well! The flavor on the Italian ice blew my mind I didn't know flavored ice could have such mouth watering flavors I think we all have had flavored ice weather snowcone or otter pops and you know what I mean when I say you can tell all it is is water and syrup but this place it's not like that this Italian ice is so dense and flavorful and the scoops you get are some pretty generous scoops. I have yet to try the gelato but just off the Italian ice this place has left a remarkable impression on me. Will always come here when feeling like a summer sweet treat and telling all my family and friends lol

I love this place. Such a hidden gem in Tracy. My favorites are the afogato and mangoneada.

I went in with my husband and kids. We got 3 aldo-latti (1 large, 1 medium, 1 kids) and total price came out to over $27... WAY TOO PRICEY... We will not be going back here, not worth the price. A kids size Gelato with tax is over $7 and it's so small looks like it's literally one scoop. These are amusement park prices...not even joking. Whenever our family goes to Disneyland, we stop by Joe's Italian Ice located in Anaheim, CA. Their Italian ice is superior tasting AND it's actually cheaper!! I'm not that desperate to pay their ridiculous prices but if you're craving Italian ice and this is the only option for you, then go for it. Personally, our family won't be returning and I won't be recommending to friends and family.

Yesterday night I had a pleasure of coming into Aldo’s where I received an excellent customer service and delicious Swirl Custard. Not only was it delicious but the service was exceptional! I was helped by who I believe her name is Devan. She is the type of person that will want to make me come back! She definitely deserves a raise for everything she does there! I will definitely be coming back to Aldo’s!

I’m only giving it two stars because the last time I ordered ice cream there was black hairs all over my cup…

It’s really good gelato. I don’t think we’ve had this good in the bay tbh. The affogato is phenomenal (good coffee).
