I wasn't hot for the white Mac and cheese. It want very big for five bucks and the texture was firm and the cheese flavor wasn't palatable but the fries were so good. And the roast beef was filling. Overall it was a nice change since I don't have an Arby's close to me. I do not recommend the white Mac

Been coming here for years when I pass through Tracy. I live in Discovery Bay. Usually their service is good but lately this last month or two it's gotten terrible. they have messed up my order the last 2 times I have been there. Once again I live in discovery bay which is a good 20miles away so when I get home and find my order is not right I cant drive back right away. So a few days later or maybe a week I go back and tell them about my orders not being right. They wont just make it right or re do the order they want to argue and act like it's your fault they messed up the order. Terrible customer service so the best they said they would do is give 20% my next order which is BS and when I did order again it was only 15%. This Arby's is a racket with the rudest young girls working there they are clueless in customer service.
First of all how you gonna have a special on TV and get to the restaurant and they don't have the special plus the food sucks the curly fries was over cooked the crispy fish was just okay

Food was ok at best, we had to tell the girl at the counter what the specials were, she had no idea and the place had no signs. I asked the people behind the counter what type of fish was in the fish sandwich, 2 cooks, and a counter person, and they couldn't tell me. I suggested reading the box it came in. They did, and we now know it was Alaskan.
