Pre ordered 3 bagels to not wait in line. Waited over 10 min bagel was now gross and cold and cream cheese at room temp. Only 4 families in front of me to pay. Too bad they are the only bagel place in town. Not worth the time to drive across town for.

I had the fruit salad and it was well worth the $4. Wished I lived in Tracy because it is a nice place with courteous staff, clean spacious seating, and great parking.

The employees are very rude I know they are very busy but still should talk to the customer nicely, the employee took my order and start cutting the bagels without changing the gloves.

I felt terrible vibes in that place!.. as I approached the counter the workers looked at me & know body greeted me or said I’ll be with you in a second, no smiles at all & they all looked irritated & unhappy, sandwich was great tho!

I wouldn’t know if the bagels are good because the service is so bad. I have tried for a month to bring bagels to my staff on Friday. IF they answer the phone they put you on hold and then never get back to you. If you go they will make you stand there for 20 minutes prior to taking any order. There was only 2 other people in the shop.

Good bagels with fresh tasting spreads. Their bagels are not to be confused with the more dense NY bagels, as these are more airy and soft. Service is friendly and fast.
