I was 2nd in line with no other customers and waited nearly 30 minutes for a specific bagel because it was somehow made differently?
Also, they were out of bacon at 11am 😐

Their food wasn't bad at all. But the cleanliness and the staff can be changed came it around the middle of their business hours and their was trash everywhere on the floor both in the lobby and behind the counter. I ordered a bagel and a cinnamon roll and they just handled me my bagel and totally forgot about my cinnamon roll after telling them like 2 min ago and it wasn't busy either had to remind then 2 times or else I wouldn't have gotten my food

I was heading out of town and thought I'd snag a sando before I hit the freeway, so I whipped into the center with the Togo's sign only to find it's right next door to the Bagel Street Café! So...I ask myself..would I rather have a factory farmed slapped together sandwich made by a kid that just picked his nose, or a sandwich that was put together with the freshest ingredients by a person that not only enjoys his work but appreciates the quality of the ingredients, along with the customers. Hmmmm...tough choice..right. And you know what, I asked for a very specific sandwich, and got exactly what I asked for! 5 stars! ☆☆☆☆☆

I came here on Aug 24, 2024 and there was a hug line with 19 people. Before I could order, I seen a fruit fly on the bagel that I wanted. Unfortunately, I’m never coming back again!

The workers seem like they care, but their work is severely hindered by their manual order entry process, writing tickets, having to call out orders often 3 or 4 times to get the order created and paid for. Nothing a little modern order entry system wouldn't fix. I've been standing here waiting for 15 minutes, otherwise I'd rate the food too...

Waited for an hour to get my order. It wasnt crowded and not an hygienic place to have food. Never visit them again
It takes entirely way too long for them to go to each customer. They will take an order and they will be on the phone ringing people up at the register and doing everything but taking everybody’s orders seriously was watching them. Take eight minutes to take anyone’s order everyone was sitting there not busy at all. I am not gonna wait half an hour for a bagel. It’s not that difficult. Just pure chaos on how the lines are from the time you walk in. I have also noticed a sharp decline in foot traffic at this location probably because of the time it takes to get a single bagel. This is not considered a restaurant and should not have restaurant waiting times. Lost a good customer today.

I've gone to this place maybe 2 or 3 times and for some reason, the wait is always long just for a few bagels. The service can be a little more organized with the orders.
