I was heading out of town and thought I'd snag a sando before I hit the freeway, so I whipped into the center with the Togo's sign only to find it's right next door to the Bagel Street Café! So...I ask myself..would I rather have a factory farmed slapped together sandwich made by a kid that just picked his nose, or a sandwich that was put together with the freshest ingredients by a person that not only enjoys his work but appreciates the quality of the ingredients,...
The workers seem like they care, but their work is severely hindered by their manual order entry process, writing tickets, having to call out orders often 3 or 4 times to get the order created and paid for. Nothing a little modern order entry system wouldn't fix. I've been standing here waiting for 15 minutes, otherwise I'd rate the food too...

I was 2nd in line with no other customers and waited nearly 30 minutes for a specific bagel because it was somehow made differently?
Also, they were out of bacon at 11am 😐
That being said, cookies and food was really good
