I have shared pictures from yesterday, i.e., 18th September 2024 . I bought 3 ice cream boxes. One was pre packed, and 2 had to be filled by the staff. As you can see in the pictures,the staff packed bix is not filled up properly. There is still so much bandwidth left to accommodate more ice cream for the money they charge. Whereas the pre packed box is filled till the throat. On top of that, I took kids scoop, and they charged me for a single scoop . I never check my bill, but thank god yesterday, i did and asked for $1 refund. The 2 girls were rude in their tone and expression.
The annoying points yesterday were - 1) overcharging 2) rude behaviors 3) less packaged iceream for which they charge $14 ???????????

Eva was extremely rude. When I asked if a certain tidbit was available she said no. Then plopped a scoop on a cone without asking which cone I preferred and handed it over. When I said I actually wanted the sugar cone, she snatched it and trashed it and handed another one. No sorry, let me get you another one. I was shocked at her behavior. She shouldn’t be working in customer service!

great experience at this location! i’m unsure of her name but the girl with short brown hair and a red bow was the sweetest person i have ever met! she instantly put a smile on my face the second i walked into the store. her energy was amazing and she had great flavor recommendations!
