I will never eat at the Tracy restaurant, because I worked there as a dishwasher for some time. The manager was actually a district manager who was sent to Tracy to cut costs. He would not allow hot water to be used to wash dishes. He turned it off at the water heater, one of the other managers and I would turn the hot water on after he left for the day. This was disgusting, I can't bring myself to walk into the Blaze in Tracy. I don't even know if it is run by the same manager. There was an inspection by the health department that was scheduled in advance. Be careful eating at this restaurant, although it has been a couple of years since I've worked there.

I don't understand why this place can't just hire more employees so that the wait times aren't so long every time I go. There are only 2 people who work in there on average and the wait time just to get a pizza made is a good 20 mins which is not acceptable. The food is good though

Ok food is good your employees are good I visited 11/18/24, So my gripe with your place is why would you take away the tip option for your employees? Don’t give me some response of oh they get extra money for surveys. Some of us like to tip. Good employees deserve that. Happy employees stay longer just saying. Might have rethink my food choices now.

Blaze has a great build and bake pizza. The only reason not 5 stars is personal preference on liking stuffed crust, and they didn't offer that. They did offer high-rise crust for additional cost.

I’ve never given Blaze Pizza a bad review anywhere I’ve gone! But this was the worst pizza I’ve ever seen! This was trash and I’m surprised they would give this to a customer! Find another blaze pizza!

They need more workers. Service is very slow but pizza was good
use to love this place. went last week and they are limiting the amount of cheese you can put. whats the point of unlimited. so my pizza and my friends pizza were just not the same. least give us the option to pay for more cheese. I ask why the limit and they said it was the manager. change it back to way it was or I probable wont be coming back.

I'm very disappointed not with the employees or food, but with management, there were only 2 employees doing their best to keep up with the orders, and I think management can help with that, I love your guys food but it's sad to see that you are abusing on your employees because it hasn't been the first time that this happened, please be more considerate with your employees.

Blaze closed our local so this is a place we hit whenever we can . It's about 35 min from home and yes we have driven out here just for pizza Today tho Eli was great! ATM didn't work , went and grabbed cash (Completely out of his control) Did great on the pizzas and very accommodating Thanks!
