We love the 'Build your own pizza' with them. We prefer to have a vegan no onion no garlic pizza which they make right in front of you, fast fire cooked, very thin crust & love the unlimited veggie toppings you can take for one price. We chose the classic red sauce, vegan cheese, a lot of veggie toppings, oregano, fresh basil, chilli flakes & arugula & olive oil drizzle to finish.

Standing there waiting in line to order. They get an order online/over the phone for 10 pizzas… they decide to make all 10 before we could even order. Tried to ask employees if they could take our offer first since we were only getting one pizza. They don’t care lol.

If you are craving mediocre pizza and sub par customer service this is the place for you. Between the poor selection of toppings that are mixed together, empty lemonade dispenser, no straws or lids and hidden .79c charge for ranch you are bound to be disappointed. Id suggest to go given the dirty dining area, if you want to see a friendly smile take a look in the bathroom mirror because you will not find it behind the counter. Infact it was amusing at first watching a brain dead zombie make a pizza but then became incredibly painful more so when the zombie could not tell what cheese was what. A kinda fromage roulette.

I will never eat at the Tracy restaurant, because I worked there as a dishwasher for some time. The manager was actually a district manager who was sent to Tracy to cut costs. He would not allow hot water to be used to wash dishes. He turned it off at the water heater, one of the other managers and I would turn the hot water on after he left for the day. This was disgusting, I can't bring myself to walk into the Blaze in Tracy. I don't even know if it is run by the same manager. There was an inspection by the health department that was scheduled in advance. Be careful eating at this restaurant, although it has been a couple of years since I've worked there.

I don't understand why this place can't just hire more employees so that the wait times aren't so long every time I go. There are only 2 people who work in there on average and the wait time just to get a pizza made is a good 20 mins which is not acceptable. The food is good though

Ok food is good your employees are good I visited 11/18/24, So my gripe with your place is why would you take away the tip option for your employees? Don’t give me some response of oh they get extra money for surveys. Some of us like to tip. Good employees deserve that. Happy employees stay longer just saying. Might have rethink my food choices now.

Blaze has a great build and bake pizza. The only reason not 5 stars is personal preference on liking stuffed crust, and they didn't offer that. They did offer high-rise crust for additional cost.

I’ve never given Blaze Pizza a bad review anywhere I’ve gone! But this was the worst pizza I’ve ever seen! This was trash and I’m surprised they would give this to a customer! Find another blaze pizza!
