I really hope this place closed and we can get an establishment that actually cares about their service standards and customer service. Waited almost 20 minutes for a drink and when we got our food it was cold. How in the hell is this place still open.

This location is poorly managed and do not care about customer service. Yesterday, we went in around 7:45 pm and was told there is not enough staff to serve in the Main Dining area and told to wait endlessly without clear communication. I suggest take out if you really needed their food.

Went in on Saturday with the family to get some lunch we normally always go here and have never had a bad experience up until now. I'm very upset with what happened and it seemed like no one cared. When we first walked in the ladies restroom was wide open with the doors stop down. They had a wet floor sign but didn't look clean or like even mopped. Mind you only a couple steps away there's there's tables and chairs that are really close and have a perfect view of the bathroom and anyone in it. We sat down and waited a good 15 minutes for anyone to even notice us when the waiter did she said would be with us soon and took another 5 minutes. There was only 5 other people dining in so I don't see why it was talking so long. She took our food order and placed it while we waited my girls used the bathroom a couple times and wouldn't you know it... it's open again. They used it and we watched as soon as they got out and walked away an employee went back and opened it. We kept an eye over there and he did this multiple times bur never to the men's bathroom. The food was okay but after everything that kept happening we just wanted to hurry and leave. We went to the front to talk to someone about it or ask for the manager and no one ever came out. I will never try this place again!

The worst service I have ever experienced. After 10 minutes we had to flag down the manager for a menu. After the food was delivered, we asked for ranch and ketchup which never came. The server came to check on us or ask if we wanted another drink. We actually had to ask other employees to get the items we requested including our check. The place wasn't even busy. As I write this, there are only 4 people in the restaurant.

The worst BWW ever across the country I guess. I have been to BWWs all over the country. Don't ever dare to try the buffalo chicken tots, too salty. Make sure to check your bills before step out. Incorrect orders will start show up on your receipt.
