Horrible service 👎 👎 giving one star would be generous, First of all they refused to help me at the counter they want me to do the self order witch I had a problem with because I was using a cupon for the first time so I needed help because I didn't know how to do it myself, When they decided to help me help myself in the self ordering screen they did it with a horrible attitude to the point that I decided to leave without buying anything. Bad bad service I use to buy all the time always online but now I'm never going back anymore.

Poor service there french fries are nasty ass hell taste old they like to argue with people they dont let u know when your food is ready my kids and my food was sitting on the counter for 20 minutes they gave my kids dad an old chicken sandwich this is the last time i come here

Been a while since I was here last! Ordered hash browns, twice deep fried hard as a rock, instead of throwing out they refry! The net time I Stopped to grab a quick breakfast sandwich, tried to get a couple of biscuits w sausage sandwiches, said they only had 1 , went back the next week, same thing, how hard is it to make a breakfast sandwich? Don't think I'll be going back!

This was the third time the same cashier took my order. She is always very rude. We usually go there at night but every time she takes our order she is so rude. I told my son to stop going there. Unfortunately they don't wear name tags. She is tall, Hispanic, seems like she is in charge of the night crew.

There was no ice, no carbonation, out of my preferred soda. The service was terrible, very unfriendly, and I was made to feel like I was bothering him. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Will not be back to this location.

I just went through the drive thru. 1st thing, the boys greeting sucks! I give him my food order, then I asked him if they only have vanilla and chocolate shakes, he doesn’t answer. I ask again, I get no answer. I then said hello 3 times and he finally says, anything else, are you still there? I responded, yep I’m still here are YOU??? He said yes I’m here. But he hasn’t answered my question about milk shakes. Hmmm! So I asked him AGAIN! He finally answered. I get up to the window and told him that was very rude. He said what was rude? WOW!! He doesn’t even know rude, really!?! I said if you were going to step away in the middle of me ordering you could have said something like, ma’am excuse me a moment. I said instead you just disappear. His response was, he laughed! Didn’t apologize for being rude just laughed. That’s the type of people you want representing your store?? SERIOUSLY! He thinks he is entitled, and he’s arrogant! He should have apologized for being rude. Teach that boy some customer service skills before putting him up front.
