Disappointing experience, asked for an 8 piece chicken fry meal and a whopper meal with no Mayo. Order was repeated back with no issues. When looking at the receipt was charged for a 12 piece meal and then added jalapeños onto the receipt to boost the expense. Order came with cold fries and still had mayo on the burger. Disappointing meal for 26 bucks.

Each time we visit, this is our pit stop. The food is always great tasting. Also, our food is always hot. The kids love it too as the food is great tasting and there is a play area to add to their delight. My grandsons are a little picky, especially 1 of them and he really likes this place. 😊. Its a great place for families as well. A good variety of foods on the menu at affordable prices. And I'm always looking to save.
Went through the drive through, the manager did my order. She purposely flipped my card over towards a camera while tapping it. I wouldn’t trust this location with your cards! She looked scared while we watched her. Never going there again!

Worst experience I would say , I orderd to go order online and pickup through drive thu , i did some customizations which was no beef petty in my burger and add some onions rings and also cut it in half , But they still gave me a burger with beef in it and no other customization was done it my order .

This is the absolute slowest Burger King we’ve ever been to. 15 minutes for breakfast when there is literally NO ONE HERE.
WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. YOU WANT FAST FOOD YOU MAY AS WELL WAIT FOR ONE OF THE RESTAURANTS AROUND IT TO OPEN. RIDICULOUS.

I recently visited this Burger King location and had an unpleasant experience with the manager. I was trying to use a deal code from the app, and there was no line behind me, so things were calm. The cashier, who was polite and seemed new, wasn’t sure how to process the code, so he called the manager for help.
Unfortunately, the manager was very rude from the moment she approached. Instead of helping, she seemed irritated and kept me waiting for nearly 10 minutes, only to eventually say the system wasn’t working and refused to apply the code. She also blamed me for not mentioning it earlier at the speaker, even though there was no one else waiting and I asked politely.
The food itself was good, and the cashier was trying his best, but the manager’s attitude really ruined the experience. Hopefully, this can be improved with better customer service training.

Horrible customer service. I was trying to order food in line and the lady employee kept forcing us to use the Kiosk to order and pay. I said that I am paying cash and yet she still insisted that I use the Kiosk (wth???). Very bad customer service. We took our time to drive to this place and the way they conduct business is beyond rude. Never going back to this burger king site again.
Today is April 24th it's about 5:00 I ordered Burger King through doordash about maybe a half hour ago. The onion rings which are normally really good some actually were black. I'm afraid to eat the burger I hope since I spent $25 at least a burger is okay.
