If you see the Indian lady don’t bother to come in. She appears to be the owner/manager.She is the most stingy owner ever. Whenever she is there, the “Gotta Have it” cup is barely full.One time I asked for an empty cup, she refused. First time ever an owner refused to give an empty cup to a buying customer.Cold stone ice cream is good.

Ice cream is always 10/10. Customer service doesn't even deserve 1 star. Whenever I go with a coupon, they can never honor it. What's the deal?? You get customers to come in, order ice cream, and when they're ready to pay using a coupon, you decide you can't use it? Twice in the last 2 months I've been told the coupon expired when it says clearly in my email that it hasn't expired yet. And the workers don't do ANYTHING about it. They straight up lie saying it's expired despite me showing my email with an expiration date a few days out. The ice cream is good, but not that good to keep getting scammed out of extra money when I have valid coupons. One was $5 off any purchase, the other was a BOGO Free. This issue needs to be fixed.
So sad to pick up this cake, poorly decorated, originally misspelled (it said “felling 11” instead of “feeling 22”), wrong color, and smeared. So disappointing. The new management does not uphold the previously high quality standards of before. Don’t get your birthday cake here or you’ll be sad :( and it was $60!!! Won’t offer a refund and has been rude and unprofessional when called about getting reimbursed.

Cold Stones is my favorite ice cream place. We don't have one within 100 miles of where we live, so stopping when traveling is a treat. With a love it signature creation being 7.99 now, I won't be stopping at this one again. Not because of the price, but because my mud pie mojo had maybe a part of one oreo cookie, a half a teaspoon of peanut butter, couldn't see or taste the chocolate sauce. My husband's Oreo Overload was definitely NOT overloaded with oreo's! If we wanted plain ice cream, we would have gone to Thrifty's.
