Overall an alright experience. Some of the cookies come out a bit on the undercooked side. I do imagine the bigger cookies being the concern on some of those temperatures. The magic comes in with the team making the cookies.

I think they should prioritize the customer (with more than three people in the store). I think customer service is very important. Those three people see you waiting inside the store and decide to continue preparing the cookies. At least one person should be serving the customer. This happens in every store I've visited. My feedback is constructive. Good communication.
