I know we're past the era of "30 minutes or less" but they didn't start preparing my pizzas until I called them 40 minutes after the order.
The staff member on the phone told me that the pizza tracker online was both "unreliable" but also "always accurate", so I guess it's specifically the time estimate that's unreliable.
When the food did arrive 75 minutes after ordering, one of the two pizzas was missing meat, one of its two toppings. There was no resolution online available besides "20% off the next non-discounted item" when I don't plan on ordering here again. I wasn't willing to sit through 5 minutes of pre-recorded messages and hold music twice in one night just to be told the same thing either.
I could understand if they had been particularly busy, but I made my order at 4:20pm, specifically to beat any potential dinner rush. Don't bother with this location.

Don't buy the buffalo chicken pizza, they are cheap with the chicken, It was literally a buffalo cheese pizza.
I ordered my Grand Daughter two pepperoni pizzas. I always push cheese it up. When I ask for delivery They do ok on the cheese most of the time ithis particular time they put so much cheese on a pizza that it was soggy. When I called to ask them is there anything we can do the manager was very rude Crystal and told me that’s what you ask for I replied I know what I asked for. It’s just over the top with cheese that the pizza is soggy. She proceeded to be rude and then hung up in my face my Granddaughter did not eat the pizza and we ended up ordering. Mountain mikes rude when it’s that much cheese and soggy it’s called cheese soup not pizza

Manager Crystal was unprofessional and rude, I was told through my pizza tracker that my pizza had been delivered but unfortunately I never received my food order so I called back to try and see what was going on and was met with attitude and a “I don’t care” response. I think it’s a bit ridiculous when the customers are the ones paying for the food, not the manager. I was not offered any compensation or any updates or any type of assistance in figuring out where my order went or how to make it right. More than likely never ordering here again.
