Finally i get into contact with the floor manager and he had nothing to say but give attitude like a kid (grow up kid), and try to convince me that doordash being 5 minutes late results in chicken hardening. What kind of chicken hardens after getting cold?On a separate occasion, food was super late to come out though i ordered in advance…Seems like this place isn’t being managed correctly. I liked the food, honestly was good tasting, but the staff and service are severely lacking. Would not recommend

Best spicy chicken sandwich in Tracy city and great combo offers, could have lowered price for drippin sauce when taking extra. But taste is amazing.

First of all, the guy at the cash register was extremely rude to my son. My son spilled his soda while refilling his drinks and the guys not only yelled at him but also cursed at him and not to mention my son brought his 2 younger sisters with him. My 7 year old felt bad for the way the employee treated her brother. My son was apologetic and even told the employee that he was going to clean up his mess. I worked at customer service and I now that not all customers are always right but cursing is completely not necessary especially if the customer was apologetic and just made a little accident INTENTIONALLY.

I had been told about this new chicken joint for a few months and finally was able to try it.Before I begin, they offer two sauces:Drippin sauce, which is cheesy and Dippin sauce, which is sweet and tart like 1000 Island.We arrived, first customers of the day, and it is obvious that the owners/operators are NOT restaurant people. There are "flow" issues inside, there are not enough garbage cans, and they do not wipe down the tables or clean the soda machine.I would suggest To Go orders.I ordered a 3-piece with fries Medium hot, nothing too extravagant, and kept it simple. The chicken was juicy and cooked good, and the fries were crispy-ish.The chicken has a batter type coating that is BBQ dry-rub mixed with Chili Powerd for heat and Paprika, too. I believe it is also gluten-free, although I can not say for sure.The fries were also sprinkled with the BBQ rub after cooking, which was a surpirse.The uninspired Mac and Cheese was a letdown. The pasta was overboiled, and the cheese sauce was badly watered down. I added the Drippin sauce to my Mac n Cheese, and it was way better.The service was excellent, very friendly and professional.

I ordered wings 15 pieces, gave me 14 plus a small god knows what it is and a side of the winglets... Really you tried to make money of 1 wings. I hope you get rich of that 1 wing, and gain more customers.

I was told this was a halal place just like the one in San Jose. I was just passing by and wanted to try the food so got combo1 mild 2 chicken tenders and fires. The seasoning on tenders and fries were really good. The sauce was ok. Halal wings sauce is something else. And mild was enough heat for me. I don’t need anything more.
I waited over 30 minutes for my order, only to witness two young adults enter, order, and receive their food within 10 minutes. It was frustrating to see the blatant disregard for fairness in service. Upon entering, I mistook the employees for customers, as they were casually lounging at a table. Their lack of urgency likely contributed to my extended wait time. Furthermore, the food was disappointingly dry, and the spices used were unpalatable. Overall, a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience.

Okay to start first thing was the prices were a little high but that was okay cause i got 2 Sando sandwiches but when I opened only 1 tender per sandwich. The chicken smelled like fish could be the batter they are using and it had strange chewy texture, overall not my favorite. My son got 2 piece mild chicken tenders which after just one bite could not eat anymore again due to the fishy taste he ate mainly fries and some of my sandwich. Only good tasting food was fries and sauces but that's it. Would I come back? No would I recommend? No. Also they charge for all sauces ( price already is high for food) and they want tip? Our food cost us over $30 for 2 people I could have gone to restaurant for that price ( or to KFC or POPEYES for a lot less and better tasting food). I will say that the service was good they were friendly just wish food was better quality.

Stopped by one night while we're in Tracy. Decided to give the place a try. Nice clean place, music playing in the back ground. I got the #1 combo which was suppose to come with two sliders and fries, a chicken strip on a bun coleslaw, pickles and their special sauce. I got the extra hot. We also got the 10 wings with a side of fries. Make sure to check your bag to make sure you receive all your items. I was on my way back to the east bay. When I realized I didn't receive my fries with the combo. Just the extra fries we ordered. The sliders in my opinion were good, their house sauce has a good taste. The wings took a little while, cooked to order but were not that hot. How do I know, we were definitely eating them on the way back. She liked the lemon pepper, but the garlic parm she was not a fan of. I thought the fries were good and crispy, but she felt it was over seasoned. I still say give the place a try, your experience may be different.

The food itself was a lot. All the flavors tasted the same with the exception of the mac and cheese. The textures were all the same. If they were to make the Mac and cheese a baked mac to change the texture. Service was fine. Ambiance was different than what youd assume.
