In town looking for healthy food options and this was quite a good surprise. The banana nut bread was absolutely delicious. I tried the protein cold brew as well just because it was something different, and I may start getting to make this at home.

Our go to shop for pick me up teas and protein drinks. Flavors never disappoint. Low calorie and sugar free. Staff is amazing, friendly and all ways ready with helpful tips and suggestions.

If ya need a little pick me up in the morning, or anytime of the days…stop in for a tea or shake. You’ll be met with great energy from the best humans, but also great energy from the products. It’s actually pretty rare that I don’t stop in here. & if I don’t, you bet your bottom dollar that I’m making the products at home. Give it a shot.
