We waited over an hour and only received 1 out of 4 plates. The one order we did get was greasy and cold. We left before the others came out. When we paid for the one plate the waiter told us they hadn’t even started the other three. We will not be dinning here again.

We tried to go yesterday (Saturday) to celebrate my last day at work in Tracy which was Friday but it was closed. Said it was open online so I had everybody come out to eat and the place was closed. Business hours on the door but no type of note saying why it was closed it was completely dark. The business next door said they are sketchy and sometimes they are open and sometimes they aren't but no notice or anything. They could have at least put a sign out front. Instead we were standing outside looking stupid. Tried to call the number but no answer it just kept ringing. Very disappointed. Was really looking to trying it but we all ended up going to Applebee's instead since I drove from San Leandro

We used to love this place, but our last two visits have been less than desirable. Food was very poorly cooked, not one of our orders were accurate, we waited close to one hour for our food after waiting 25 minutes for someone to take our order. We will never go here again. This place used to be thriving and a fun / good place to go with the family, sadly it has really gone downhill. Ill be surprised if it stays in business.

? omg the new owner is absolutely amazing! His family run the business and I honestly think this place is delicious! They have strong attention to detail and the food is so good and I kept ordering more food. I definitely broke my diet lol. Their micheladas are so good! Also the place is clean and very affordable. This place has so much potential to do catering and private parties. I hope they consider it! For those who know Tracy and been to Los Potros, this place has food that taste as good as them! No lie! Almost wanted to ask if they had the same Cool ?. You better believe I’m coming back.

Very. Very disappointed!! We actually went to the restaurant before my daughter's event and food was 0k, but on the Day of my Event food was not good! Most of my guests were complaining about it, needed salt and flavor! We were not allowed to pick up my decorations until Tuesday after our Saturday event, I Asked the owner if all my stuff would be safe, he said YES, unfortunately over 200 masks were stolen, 4 Beach chairs and some other Decor, we had to wait for him until after NOON on Tuesday, my guests (teachers most of them) were paying for their own drinks because I was not Allowed to bring alcohol into the restaurant, I purchased a small bottle of Don Julio Tequila for $250, he really got $$$$$ from me and my guests, NOT HAPPY WITH FOOD!! ABUSE OF PRICES!! AND definitely N0T nice experience! I will N0T make ANY business with El Patio (Frank) Ever!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

There is WAAYYY better Mexican food in Tracy. Ordered delivery, they forgot items, didn't top flautas with lettuce/tomato, street tacos were bland and had no sauce, ordered tostada ceviche and they forgot the tostada... terrible for how how much they charged. Oh well, lesson learned!
We visited El Patio in Tracy for the first time today. The waitress was very friendly and the food was delicious. Very clean and updated inside. We will go back again *****?

We were so excited about coming here for dinner it is about a 45min drive from our house. Before we left we looked them up online to make sure they were open. I saw the option to reserve a table online and followed the directions then thought I was done. When we showed up at the restaurant we walked through the door. There was a large group seated in the middle then a few others gathered in other spots around the restaurant. After waiting for several minutes some one walked over and asked if we had a reservation. I said yes and showed them the confirmation on my phone and they said one min. Then a manager came over and said we don't have that option and I showed it to him he was completely confused. I then asked him if we could still eat here he said no they were closed for a party. I am really upset because they should have had a sign onthe door saying closed for party and the lack of caring or even interest was awful. There were two other families that walked in behind us and said they did the same thing. We were all turned away and really mad about driving so far for nothing. We all are truthfully upset and won't be making the trip out to this restaurant again. If I could I'd give them no stars.
